- Tucson Jazz Institute at the 17th Annual Essentially Ellington High School Jazz Band Competition & Festival, presented by Jazz at Lincoln Center. This band took home the Winning Community Ensemble award along with other honors for outstanding soloists and sections. The following tune is Things To Come By Dizzy Gillespie.

I play with these guys and I can tell you for a fact none of max's solos were prepared he never played the same solo twice. He's absolutely ridiculous.

The saxophone/trumpet/trombone solos were by Max Goldschmid, and the vibes solo was by Gib Mandish i believe. But this song is insane, and they did an excellent job on it.
