Mid-Autumn festival, which coincides with the Lantern Festival, is my favourite festival in Vietnam. Unlike Tet, where everything is closed, everything is still open for the Mid-Autumn festival.
I have a totally different take on this. It’s not the place but your personable, connect with people and your expression that highlights my interest to watch this video. You first and Hoi An second. Be blessed.
You stayed at the same hotel I always stayed at whenever I come to Hoi An : Thanh Binh 4 . I know the owner of that hotel Mrs. Hong , a very nice lady . She actually owns 4 hotels in HA . The number 4 one is managed by one of her son . The rose sculpture on the wall at the reception desk is her name in Vietnamese ( Hong = Rose ) . I see you were in HA during the filial piety month ( the 7th month of the lunar calendar or August ) , a Buddhist festival celebrating the filial piety and the roaming ghosts day . The ceremony you saw at the pagoda was for that event ( Lê Vu Lan in Vietnamese ) .
Yes Hoi An is very beautiful

Hi there! Yes, the hotel was nice and close to what we needed. We loved Hoi An
What is the name of the hotel you are staying at?
Hi there 👋 Thanh Binh Riverside Hoi An. Don't pay for the upgrade because there really isn't a view. Lol. 👍
