This went so quickly!! Also had a mini-breakthrough.. have never been able to do full tricep pushups. I've always had to go on knees. But today, tried to do the full ones and managed 3!!! Which isn't much compared to everyone else, but it felt like a big win! xxxx

After living a very unhealthy lifestyle for more than a decade, i am so surprised at myself that I actually look forward to working out. I can’t believe that i am that same person. Next month will mark my anniversary of working out regularly. I found Caroline somewhere in July and have been hooked ever since. I feel so much stronger, my stamina is at its best and look forward to working everyday. I started with 2 kg dumbbells and now i have progressed to 10kgs! I can’t believe how far i have come. Thank you Caroline for changing my mindset towards fitness and to the community who is so positive and supportive.

I loved the format too Penny! Even tho the holds were killing me slowly it made me feel so strong. The 30 sec was long enough to set everything on fire but not too long where I wasn't able to withstand the hold (except for tricep pushup holds🥴). Another great Friday workout!

Although I love all of your workouts (well maybe I don't exactly love the workouts with complexes) this 1 hour workout today was my all time favorite! This may be the case for everyone- I had knee surgery a while ago & thought i never would recovery.. it took years of cold to warm strength conditioning and even THEN i was midly doing ok. I was only doing Caroline workouts that excluded leg training 😢 When i was good to go i started doing ALL of carolines workouts involving Legs. And now my knee pain is GONE!but that’s because I’ve Strengthened my Quads, hammies, and legs overall. Now that i have support on my weakest im able to do all types of lunges & Squats like never before! My knee pain is gone but doesn’t mean i will overdo it. I will go what is comfortable for my knees😌

Ah, Caroline always manages to surprise our bodies! This is one of my most favourite things about Epic and her workouts- you can never get bored! There’s such a variety and it’s working perfectly if your mind and muscles can never get used to it. I did it and it was hard! Isometrics I find really challenging, I hardly managed to do half of the reps after the hold! Also on the light weights today 8kg and had to drop to 5kg due to bad pain in my elbow (aggravated tennis elbow), but I’m happy and I’ve done my best! 💪🏻 Thank you CG 🌸 Planning to rest tomorrow 💝
This really flew by! I was enjoying it so much I didn't even look at the timer until 85% was complete! I love these slow and controlled workouts where you can really just focus on the burn. Had to close my eyes and go to my happy place on some of those holds. The reverse crab really got me😁. Have a great weekend everyone!
Not my best today, used 12.5kg and to be honest I struggled. Options were to 1. Stop and do it tomorrow 2.Drop the weight 3.Keep going and push through Decided to keep going, it didnt get any easier ☹ but made it through and glad I did. Tomorrow will definitely be a rest day. This has been my poorest performance Caroline since starting with you, but I guess it shows how much I love it when a bad day hurts. Tomorrows another day 😁

Hi Devansh, thank you for the comment. Its been a fantastic week of training and after the upperbody pump I could not believe the results. I did the two workouts from yesterday late. I guess the positive is that we completed it and if its easy we are not pushing. A rest day tomorrow will recharge the batteries and energise the soul. I always like to be honest about my performance, and its no reflection on the workout just my personal results. Its also good if you ever repeat the season to.have a reference point. Even previewing the exercises doesn’t prepare me for the experience that is had during the actual workout - you can never accomplish your goals until you’re actively putting in the work. Some days my expectations line up with my preview. Other days my performance is better and other days, worse. From this perspective, I can see that self-compassion is key to both physical and mental fitness. You also must become comfortable pushing yourself too. Both of those were my problems in the past - being too hard on myself and simultaneously not really exploring my actual limits. Caroline is wonderful because she both tells you to go at your own pace and gently reminds you that it’s okay to go that bit harder in the workout. These EPIC programs have been such a blessing, and have led me to positive results and the desire to continue the path of physical fitness. I’m grateful that I stumbled upon Caroline’s channel last year and stuck around!

I am not pleased that I can’t use it on multiple devices. The customer service is horrible for a paid app. As a physician I will not recommend anything for my patients that doesn’t have five star customer service.
Epic II day 30 done ✅ What a way to end week 6! Thank you Caroline for yet another set of incredible high quality workouts. Phew! 💪💪😅 Very challenging (of course) but nothing crazy, a solid hour of straightforward exercises - the 30 second holds were super duper mean though 😳😆
That was INTENSE and I LOVED it!🥰😅 It was so much fun..and the time really flew by!! The holds and slow reps definitely upped the intensity and fatigue of the workout. My favorite was the x over squat😍. Loved the added challenge of balance! So many burners throughout...kneel to squats, renegade rows, reverse crabs, hamstring lifts, Yow-za!! 🔥🔥🔥 isometric holds in between are fire!!! The hold on the curtesy lunge was so tough! My legs were shaking like crazy during the hold for the renegade row and the squat on toes was so tricky on my balance today! I love when things are tough though...reminds me to keep chugging! Also, I can’t even describe how happy I was that the kneel to squats were body weight only today 😆😆😆 I am going to enjoy my dumbbell free day tomorrow, my body needs it! Thanks for another great one hour session! I really enjoyed to weighted sit up and would love to have more weighted ab moves incorporated in these sessions. Probably one of favourite full body workouts. The hardest part for me was the renegade row iso holds... I'm convinced Caroline has abs of steel . The core strength is out of this world!!

Third attempt at this workout. I'm glad that my fitness level accommodated this adn it only took me 1 hour and 8 minutes so there were hardly any pauses compared to other hour long workouts I've completed recently. It interesting not doing this as part of an EPIC programme, but I'm thinking of tackling and EPIC agai soon. There is so much that I enjoy about longer sessions. Thanks a mill, Caroline!

Great session! I was kinda scared of the holds, but I did amazing in the end! It hurt sooo bad during the kneeling squats, I really have a love-hate relationship with those😄 pushups and tricep pushups are still in the works, but I’m getting stronger every day! The core strength I have now is absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have achieved this without you Caroline🙏 oh the lunge holds.. it took so much mental strength to not give in and stand up, but I did a few times :(( it is what it is.. On the contrary I did amazingly well with the x over squats and the calf raise holds balance wise!! 👏 OH MY that slow frontal raise was FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I went as slow as I could and my shoulders were on fire😍 the pullover hold was so good as well😭 this hour really went by quick (thank godness😝)
Second attempt at this workout, now as part of EPIC II. What a workout! I loved how challenging this was, especially with heavier weights. I find myself challenging myself progressively more throughout these workouts and it's so empowering to see how my body responds and what its capable of. Caroline, THANK YOU! I did ten push ups today. It has taken me all of Epic 1 and 1/2 of Epic 2, but I did it. I’m still working on the tricep push ups with the help of a bench but with your encouragement I’m sure I’ll get better. You are the best trainer!!

For the first 5 weeks I only had 8 and 10 lb weights and today was my first day with my new 15 pounders! I thought for sure I would have to switch a bunch or that it'd be too difficult but it was amazing! Also felt great to be holding the same type as caroline lol

I'm kind of in the mid-way-series doldrums and was dreading this so much I put it off for a day, but I ended up really enjoying it. A nice combo of repetitiveness and variety to encompass all the muscle groups without overdoing them. Well done!
Full-body workout done. I went a bit heavier, 2x12.5kg Dumbbells for everything else apart form the push presses to presses and the finisher where I used 2x10kg Dumbbells. Wow wow wow, epic. I like to challenge myself. This is how I get to see my strength gains. And oh yes I have become stronger. Embracing the progress. ❤❤💪💪
I'm surprised how many people are into the isometrics/tempo! I personally really struggle to hold out during the 30 seconds, so this wasn't my best workout lol 🥲 still proud of myself! I think I've officially performed what I call "almost full pushup" several times during the workout, so I've decided to never go back to doing knee pushups again 😉

After living a very unhealthy lifestyle for more than a decade, i am so surprised at myself that I actually look forward to working out. I can’t believe that i am that same person. Next month will mark my anniversary of working out regularly. I found Caroline somewhere in July and have been hooked ever since. I feel so much stronger, my stamina is at its best and look forward to working everyday. I started with 2 kg dumbbells and now i have progressed to 10kgs! I can’t believe how far i have come. Thank you Caroline for changing my mindset towards fitness and to the community who is so positive and supportive.

I loved the format too Penny! Even tho the holds were killing me slowly it made me feel so strong. The 30 sec was long enough to set everything on fire but not too long where I wasn't able to withstand the hold (except for tricep pushup holds🥴). Another great Friday workout!

This may be the case for everyone-
I had knee surgery a while ago & thought i never would recovery.. it took years of cold to warm strength conditioning and even THEN i was midly doing ok. I was only doing Caroline workouts that excluded leg training 😢
When i was good to go i started doing ALL of carolines workouts involving Legs. And now my knee pain is GONE!but that’s because I’ve Strengthened my Quads, hammies, and legs overall. Now that i have support on my weakest im able to do all types of lunges & Squats like never before!
My knee pain is gone but doesn’t mean i will overdo it. I will go what is comfortable for my knees😌

Ah, Caroline always manages to surprise our bodies! This is one of my most favourite things about Epic and her workouts- you can never get bored! There’s such a variety and it’s working perfectly if your mind and muscles can never get used to it.
I did it and it was hard! Isometrics I find really challenging, I hardly managed to do half of the reps after the hold! Also on the light weights today 8kg and had to drop to 5kg due to bad pain in my elbow (aggravated tennis elbow), but I’m happy and I’ve done my best! 💪🏻

This really flew by! I was enjoying it so much I didn't even look at the timer until 85% was complete! I love these slow and controlled workouts where you can really just focus on the burn. Had to close my eyes and go to my happy place on some of those holds. The reverse crab really got me😁. Have a great weekend everyone!
Not my best today, used 12.5kg and to be honest I struggled. Options were to
1. Stop and do it tomorrow
2.Drop the weight
3.Keep going and push through
Decided to keep going, it didnt get any easier ☹ but made it through and glad I did.
Tomorrow will definitely be a rest day. This has been my poorest performance Caroline since starting with you, but I guess it shows how much I love it when a bad day hurts. Tomorrows another day 😁

Hi Devansh, thank you for the comment. Its been a fantastic week of training and after the upperbody pump I could not believe the results. I did the two workouts from yesterday late. I guess the positive is that we completed it and if its easy we are not pushing. A rest day tomorrow will recharge the batteries and energise the soul. I always like to be honest about my performance, and its no reflection on the workout just my personal results. Its also good if you ever repeat the season to.have a reference point. Even previewing the exercises doesn’t prepare me for the experience that is had during the actual workout - you can never accomplish your goals until you’re actively putting in the work.
Some days my expectations line up with my preview. Other days my performance is better and other days, worse.
From this perspective, I can see that self-compassion is key to both physical and mental fitness. You also must become comfortable pushing yourself too. Both of those were my problems in the past - being too hard on myself and simultaneously not really exploring my actual limits. Caroline is wonderful because she both tells you to go at your own pace and gently reminds you that it’s okay to go that bit harder in the workout.
These EPIC programs have been such a blessing, and have led me to positive results and the desire to continue the path of physical fitness. I’m grateful that I stumbled upon Caroline’s channel last year and stuck around!

🔥🔥🔥 isometric holds in between are fire!!! The hold on the curtesy lunge was so tough! My legs were shaking like crazy during the hold for the renegade row and the squat on toes was so tricky on my balance today! I love when things are tough though...reminds me to keep chugging! Also, I can’t even describe how happy I was that the kneel to squats were body weight only today 😆😆😆 I am going to enjoy my dumbbell free day tomorrow, my body needs it! Thanks for another great one hour session! I really enjoyed to weighted sit up and would love to have more weighted ab moves incorporated in these sessions. Third attempt at this workout. I'm glad that my fitness level accommodated this adn it only took me 1 hour and 8 minutes so there were hardly any pauses compared to other hour long workouts I've completed recently. It interesting not doing this as part of an EPIC programme, but I'm thinking of tackling and EPIC agai soon. There is so much that I enjoy about longer sessions.

Day 30.. Oh. My. God. Time flies when you're determined and having fun with your new daily routine! Thank you Caroline! ❤️
Great session! I was kinda scared of the holds, but I did amazing in the end! It hurt sooo bad during the kneeling squats, I really have a love-hate relationship with those😄 pushups and tricep pushups are still in the works, but I’m getting stronger every day! The core strength I have now is absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have achieved this without you Caroline🙏 oh the lunge holds.. it took so much mental strength to not give in and stand up, but I did a few times :(( it is what it is.. On the contrary I did amazingly well with the x over squats and the calf raise holds balance wise!! 👏 OH MY that slow frontal raise was FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I went as slow as I could and my shoulders were on fire😍 the pullover hold was so good as well😭 this hour really went by quick (thank godness😝)
Second attempt at this workout, now as part of EPIC II. What a workout! I loved how challenging this was, especially with heavier weights. I find myself challenging myself progressively more throughout these workouts and it's so empowering to see how my body responds and what its capable of.

Caroline, THANK YOU! I did ten push ups today. It has taken me all of Epic 1 and 1/2 of Epic 2, but I did it. I’m still working on the tricep push ups with the help of a bench but with your encouragement I’m sure I’ll get better. You are the best trainer!!

For the first 5 weeks I only had 8 and 10 lb weights and today was my first day with my new 15 pounders! I thought for sure I would have to switch a bunch or that it'd be too difficult but it was amazing! Also felt great to be holding the same type as caroline lol
What a way to end the week. 😊 pushing our muscles to their limits. It's been a week of growing for me and getting out of my head.

I never comment but I feel like I need to tell you how incredibly amazing this has been. I am such a gym bunny, I love weight lifting and never felt quite as passionate about workouts from home... until I found your channel a couple of months ago! I can honestly say this is the closest I’ve ever felt to working out at the gym and I am LOVING it. I wake up every single morning so excited because I know I’m going to spend an hour working out HARD with you and actually feeling it. So thank you. It’s amazing how much more difficult those dynamic moves become after those isometric holds...and that slow frontal raise, wow! It felt like I was lifting 5x the weight of my dumbbell. Awesome Friday sesh (as usual) Caroline! 😉 Have a great weekend... see ya on Sunday!

I'm kind of in the mid-way-series doldrums and was dreading this so much I put it off for a day, but I ended up really enjoying it. A nice combo of repetitiveness and variety to encompass all the muscle groups without overdoing them. Well done!

Full-body workout done. I went a bit heavier, 2x12.5kg Dumbbells for everything else apart form the push presses to presses and the finisher where I used 2x10kg Dumbbells. Wow wow wow, epic. I like to challenge myself. This is how I get to see my strength gains. And oh yes I have become stronger. Embracing the progress. ❤❤💪💪
I'm surprised how many people are into the isometrics/tempo! I personally really struggle to hold out during the 30 seconds, so this wasn't my best workout lol 🥲 still proud of myself! I think I've officially performed what I call "almost full pushup" several times during the workout, so I've decided to never go back to doing knee pushups again 😉

It was super intense Oscar! The kneel to squat, renegade rows, reverse crab 🦀, and hamstring lifts burned the entire time!!🥵🔥 I absolutely loved the workout. The holds and slow reps burned soo much but made the workout that much better. Enjoy the rest of your day!

Finished this today. I was actually proud of myself that I kept up with 21lb weights and didn't have to drop down in weight. I can also feel my push-ups getting better. I also feel my core is stronger too. Ready for next week. Thank you again, Caroline for these great workouts!
