@@TechDreams sir maine ryzen 5 3500 ke sath RTX 3070 use kar raha hoon mera cpu utilisation bhi normal hai gpu utilisation bhi 98 percent use hota hai but fps 30 to 35 ate hain 2k ultra settings pe main samajh nhi pa rha dikkat kya hai please shortout the queries please ?

The first point is very true...I have a i5 10400f and RTX 3070...it bottlenecked at 1080p resolution...and i was considering to upgrade to i7 12th gen but then it was costly for a new mobo and CPU...then i planned to upgrade my monitor...and bought a 2k monitor...now the cpu uses 100% of the GPU in all the games and it's a very good and crisp experience

I don't think so bs pc entry exploring ke liye etane paise kharch krne necessary hai like bro 35k or 45k its huge amount for middle class guy like me!! I build my full pc setup under 19k by using i5 3570 cpu i know its too old and not coming with any warranty but bro believe me its much better and cheap than amd athlon 3000g and can beat every pentium processor i can play some low pc games like gta 5, valorant, fortnite in low settings with playable fps and about work i can code freely without any issues I'm totally happy with it☺️

I have same kind of PC but with 750watt gold psu, and 240mm liquid cooler and higher end B660M motherboard. I have over spent on those parts.
you did not overspend bro, now you can upgrade to a better cpu which has same lc1700 socket as you have better mobo with high vram and good cooler + a better psu, think of getting an i7 12th gen after a year or so if you made your build recently. :)
My pc has ryzen 5 3600 and gtx 1660 and it give around 80 fps in rdr2 in mix of low to High settings 😑but mai spoider man nhi khel pa rha bhut mehnga hai aur mere ko apne pc me virus bhi nhi ghusana cracked version download nhi kar skta and also 16 gb ram

Better use rx 6700 XT as it comes as almost same price as 3060 but gives performance better than 3060 ti
Note:- rx 6700 XT gives better performance in raw settings only like u have not turned ray tracing and all........
