i was in 11th when i started playing cs , i used to play online tournaments on my pc having CRT monitor and around 50-60 fps avg , i had a dream of having a gaming pc but i could never ask to my parents because of the financial conditions.
Now after 6 years i finally got a job and that dream of buying a gaming pc on my own really helped me in working hard for it .
Now i m planning to buy a 2 lakh pc for gaming and streaming , all from my own earned money :)

That's the right attitude. I built my first pc from the money I earned from giving tuition. Bought a used i5 2500 for 2400/- from Ali express along with a new 1050ti. Those were the days !!!

I came from a childhood where my parents couldn't afford a PC and the time when entering the computer lab at school was like entering heaven just to get a glimpse of computer and how sacred it felt just touching the keys on the keyboard.
Having a computer at home was like a dream come true for me at that time.
Occasionally used to travel 20kms on Sundays to go to Cyber Cafes, pay Rs.10 to play for an hour or so.
Today, I'll be building my own dream gaming PC with my own money and I'm just as excited as I was when I was in my teens.

Capabilities of my parents were badly hidden by them. Back in 2014 my pc i3 3220, still running now later added gt 1030. At that time we had much money to get i5 atleast. But situation forced me to take i3 instead.

As an editor i stared my journey from an 8000 rupees system.. earing after 6month i change it with a R5 3600 and it's been 2 year it's giving me a very very well performance and still I can use it for 1-2 year more ... I am happy with my system just need to swap my graphic card from 1060 to 3060 ... Waiting for a good price and till I am earning and saving my money

I have used i3 2nd Gen till start of 2021, after I started earning in late 2018 I saved money and built a 5600x with 1050ti and this year I got 3070 Ti little more than msrp. I feel good after many years I have a dream PC. Never fool your parents to get latest and greatest especially if they can't afford. Trust me it's worth a wait to finally build a dream pc with your own money. The satisfaction you have is worth each penny.

I didn't knew a thing about building computers. I researched for 7-8 months everything I needed to know. This was a long time and my budget and build changed too. I started with a 40k budget but later I realised when the store owner told me that you are getting a too weak specs pc, so finally after increasing few components budget was 65k without monitor. monitor was 11k more. I knew that if I would ask my parents for 1L + build they would've agreed, but I wanted to spend at least money of my parents. That's why I researched a lot and have in depth knowledge about everything. People who are building PC's which are expensive af, those are only for fancy stuff. cool case and cool lighting, better coolers, etc. You can get this done with bare minimum and then if required upgrade this later. Kids won't understand all this. How can you be a PC enthusiast and want a custom PC of you don't know enough details about it. This is just dark part of modernization

Now usually ud want to save money on cpu but honestly the 12600k isn't that much more expensive atleast where I live and it will be more future proof. That way u don't have to spend more on another cpu or motherboard after some more years

hi bro please bataye ki i am fully blind pursen. tho r5 5600g ke saath kaunsa cabinate lena chahiye? bhale hi mai parance ke paise se le raha hu lekin mai paise ki velu kaafi ache se samajta hu jabki mere parance tho mereko 55000 se leker rs tak pc build karware the lekin mai hi unko bola ki 30000 tak hi build karte hai usmain hi koshish karte hai but mereko rgp se koi lena dena nhi hai but mera requirement pura ho jai.
but koshish karte hai ki 35000 tak hi acha pc 5600g ke saath build karte hai main sab part select kar liye lekin please cabinate samaj nhi aa raha hai please batao yar but again blind pursen ke hisaab se.
Hlo bro I buy second hand ryzen 3600xt and it normal using time it's temprature is 71dgree c. And at gaming time it become upto 95 to 97 dgree c. It have problem? Then what is solution. I use stock coller. Please 🙏 help brother..what I can do now ??
Buying a pc from your parents money is not a bad thing. But pressuring them and telling them lies is the bad thing. I bought my pc with my parents money without making them cry or worry about me (note: I am a middle class). My whole setup cost me 1L but I bought the things gradually. First the basic accessories then monitor then pc. Tbh 60k pc is more than enough (my pc cost the same)

i'll tell something with honesty,
i have had 2 laptops till date, first was when i was in 11th and it was ok for the time, 2nd one i had to buy in college 3rd year because my project required atleast some level of GPU capacity(as i was aiming to land job on big data profile for data analytics or engineering), at that time i got a 1050ti laptop for around 85k which i always thought was very overpriced, and that kept me bothered for a long time, and jaisa first story mei tha mere bhi father ki death ho chuki h, but my family is well to do, so there's not really issue of money, but paisa toh paisa hota h and for a student close to 1lakh jaate hue bahaut kharab feeling aati h.
and rightnow i am having a custom system which i built myself for 2.5L, but this is more like i an achievement because i built it with my own money

i still use a system which i made in 2011 with saving my salary for 7 months - i love my PC and frankly speaking i still love to use it. i only upgrade few peripherals which still made it run like a pro till today

That first story really hurt me, He is really fooling his mother and I'm sure he didn't earned much money from his fancy PC. IMO It happens because of all these streamers and video creators, Teens see these 5,000rs- 10,000rs super chat when streamer play live video games and students see it as an easy way to earn alot of money but chances are very low to be like that and most of them end up wasting their years.
