(I built this computer as my first ever and here’s what I learned) Assembled this computer using all the purchased components, along with a couple of extra fans and a different case. If you plan to install a wifi card, I'd recommend a larger motherboard (I managed to fit mine, but it's a tight squeeze). Regarding the I/O plate, the metallic "pings" should be on the outside of the case, slightly touching the external ports on the motherboard (USB, etc.). Performance-wise, it's impressive. I can run Red Dead Redemption 2 at a manually capped 165fps on a 165hz monitor and Hogwarts Legacy at all ultra settings (~165fps with a 165hz refresh rate) without tweaking graphics. Keep in mind, a lower refresh rate improves performance. With a 165hz refresh rate, it's like having 2.75 times more information to load than a 60hz refresh rate. For the monitor, you need a DisplayPort cable to go beyond 60-75hz; HDMI won't work. If your power supply is pre-cabled, don't buy additional white wires-they won't plug in anywhere. Building the PC is a journey; the video guide is decent, but I faced issues. After getting help, some components (GPU driver, CPU driver) were initially missed. The missed drivers made it so that Steam installations caused Windows corruption. If Windows breaks, turning off and on the computer three times boots it into Safe Mode, where you can reload backups or reinstall Windows.

Just note everyone that AMD GPUs will not stream at the same quality to Twitch as NVidia or Intel would. That is only a limitation to h264 encoding. That does not mean that AMD GPUs have bad quality when streaming to UA-cam where the HEVC encoder looks very good and almost identical to NVidia. I would strongly recommend using 1080p 30 fps and tuning your bitrate to 8000 if you're an affiliate by going to settings - stream - ignore stream recommendations to do this if your upload speed is at least 12Mbps. That said, if you have an Intel K varient CPU, you can use the onboard Integrated graphics to stream to Twitch and get a nice looking stream. That's the only bone I have to pick with this video. Also the 13600k isn't much more and can be overclocked really nicely and get performance similarly to a stock 13900k, but is likely limited to only 1 generation of upgrades to the 14th gen intel which goes against the purpose of futureproofing with AMD5 which will likely give you up to 4-5 CPU upgrade possibilities rather than just 1 from intel

Great PC, it looks awesome if someone is into white builds and for $1100 it performs amazing, but i have one issue with the gpu, more specifically with the price to performance comparison, it take into account only the initial price and not higher power consumption of 7800 xt which is on average about 50W more than 4070 (based on a few tests i've seen). Let's say we're gaming 4 hours a day on average, this additional 50W gives us 73kWh more per year. @@Ahmad-s5o it was actually 1100 that was typo
@@YungPenuggethow good is it?
@@patrickroni4038 its ran every game ive tried to play on atleast 60 if not in the multi hundreds depending on the game
@@YungPenugget nice I’m just getting into pcs so it’s nice to know
Ed that intro was just AMAZING LOL. Great Vid Btw as ALWAYS!
what was that intro 😳
Damn your really just pumping these out right after i built my pc
I bought all parts on the link perfect copy of the video but this pc has so many problems, its only for boot not for long term. games are stuttering real bad and its really annoying. i bought a new psu and ram today and im gonna buy a new ssd cause the read and write speeds are not advertised as such. its a good pc but so unstable future proof my ass.
this comment has to be noticed because this guy "tech source" is misleading novice builders.
rgb doesn't make us moist anymore :(
One of the parts you got is faulty and you should return it
I dont know why people cant use their brain
Im 99% sure you didnt even download the gpu driver or plugged in your hdmi to your motherboard or something like that
@@axstra2557 brother i have adrenaline driver and the hdmi/display port supposed to be in the gpu not the motherboard
i built this exact PC and its very good. i love it!
how?
How’s it holding up
@@PrismaticParz really good! No signs of any kind of problems yet. I'm satisfied with it
@@ErickJiuJitsu that’s great! What games do you play on it?
@@PrismaticParz so far I've played Hunt Showdown and Everspace 2. Both games run flawlessly on high settings. Not one bit of lag at all
Man the price is cheaper than in my country...😢, love your build sir
How much is it where ur at
@@hazbinhotelperson that full setup in my country is 1300 dollar

GOOD JOB TECHSOURCE YOUR DOING GREAT KEEP IT UP!!!
What would be a good alternative motherboard with wifi/bluetooth? The price can be higher.
Do tell me if you'll find out plz
idk either but lmk
just built my first pc with help and inspiration from this video i couldn't be any happier
why were the earbuds in his mouth 😭😭😭
having a decent pc is a dream
my pc is around 1100 also, but i opted for faster ram and a bigger case and motherboard, that is why my gpu is around 250 dollars cheaper than the one you are using, also i would have gone with the i5 13400f, considering it is cheaper, has really good performance for the price, and also gives you the option for ddr5
ok but where are you going to upgrade to after? a 13900k still gets the same performance as a 7700x in gaming and you wont be able to upgrade further without getting a new motherboard
am5 will allow you to get a new cpu without the need of a new motherboard and you wont have to spend tons on cooling lmao
Not future proof though bro
@@DankAriZonaTea future proof doesnt exist. we cant predict what happens in the future
@@Luh_Iphone??
As someone who has had the same PC for 8 years, I appreciate this build so much. Thought I was going to have to spend thousands
Bro been cheating on his wife with a PC at the start 💀💀💀
💀
Definitely going for this exact build later this year
you're the reason i stopped playing COD
same
Love the B-Roll footage of you playing the games! ❤
I just love when I get that notification saying "Someone liked your comment!" Or "Someone has subscribed!" Makes my day better!😊😍😊
Really cool video! Images, edition, transitions, your t-shirt and obviously for your sense of humor! The earbuds ad lol😂
Just a feedback, would you mind keeping the names ( processor MB etc), displayed a little bit longer ?
Yo thanks for making this vid i just got some upgrades from microcenter alongside the parts from this vid and it runs games like a dream. Thank you so much man
why my bro caressing the pc like that 😭😭😭 love this

Bro that intro!!!!! Gold!!!!!
first time on your channel. I would ike to say this is a great video really detailed and nice that you can build an affordable well performing pc. will be back to watch more content
I swear this channel be showing me all these electronics that I want to buy while I’m learning from this channel before I go buy my 4k budget gaming/working pc
Damm that looks better then my main system on a 4090 its all white but when I got 4090 in black could find it in white at the time
Great vid man! Keep it up
Just ordered all the parts for this pc. Subscribed to your channel as well! It’s my first pc.
Lemme know
yo any new updates?
I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS YOU HELPED ME BUILD MY NEW SETUP KEEP IT UP MAN❤️
Loving the TTTm theme music at the end.
Ayy, can't wait to finish this video
God bless you bro thanks for the build I’m going to make the same one ! Keep it up can’t wait to the future
be careful, I just built mine and the motherboard came broken out the box 2 times. and you MIGHT have to get your drivers for motherboard flashed or something idk bout that one
When you were doing the "brrrrrbrbrbrbrbrbrbbr" my little brother started doing it with you😂
that intro is gold
I love the beginning of the video
That moded stock cooler looks so neat
Aww man, I love it so much. I wish I would be able to own one similar asap.
That is a beautiful setup ❤️
That bench on that budget rig is stupid sick. 🤙🏼💯
i dont want to know anything....
just tell me how it tastes after putting tws in mouth after putting in ear
Man i wish the prices are the same globally, still fire video and build.
I like the intro so much Ed 😂 looks like bad ass like the new build.
This is exactly what I need
Gonna build my first pc since I started watching you years ago plus my series x isn’t really work so might as well switch. Also nice meat canyon shirt 😁
Got Everything In This Build Except The Cpu Cooler, Gpu , ram , and power supply, I Switched The Regular Cpu Cooler For A lurkerv240 aio 2 fan cooler , the gpu with a amd radeon rx 7900 xtx hellhound powercolor , and ram was gskill flare 32gb's 2 slots , upgradeable to 64gbs if filled up , and the power supply was the same brand just 850 watt's 80 plus gold instead of 800 watts , white extension cords are beautiful and definitely look amazing, and it's an absolute fantastic build, the only downside is how absolutely stiff the power supply cords are , makes it so much harder to cable manage unfortunately other than that i can steadily run most of my games 250-600 fps easily and im still on windows 10 pro if that makes a difference , i also wanna say thank you for the build guide and this video as this was my first ever pc build and i was extremely nervous going into it but now im just excited to play every day , but now that I've built the thing it's like i have to be delicate with it or around it , id never had been this delicate with it if i had gotten a pre-built
Love the vids!
New tech source budget build video let's gooo ! The wait was torturing me 😂, but quick question can the b650m aorus elite ax motherboard support next years 8000 series chip ?
