Lol I had a similar kind of illegal move experience in a tournament whoch got unnoticed . I was playing black against a very strong opponent . In the middle game I had a pawn on e4 and my opponent had played a move pawn f3 to f4 and he left the board to roam around . After thinking for a while I dont know what got into me but I actually played exf3 en passant (😂😂) . Surprising fact my opponent also did not notice this and that move opened up good counter attacking opportunities for me and ultimately I won in endagme . Later on while analysing through computer I saw that exf3 was not being allowed , then i realized that the pawn was already on f3 and hence en passant was not possible 😅 😂😂😂 What an experience to be remembered !!!!
It happens when you play manually. there's a lot of pressure. while in online chess game the code logic doesn't allow you doing this castle once you move the King.
The second one is illegal. You can't castle 🏰 while the king 👑 is already moved. But the first one capturering with a king isn't illegal unless it causes to put the king 👑 under check 😥.

The funny thing is white must have moved the king THREE times before castling. He was on d1 when he took the bishop on d2. Then he was on e1 when he castled. So from e1 (starting position) white's king must have moved Kd1, Kxd2, Ke1 (which we don't see) and then castles king side after that. White should have been disqualified. Or, instead of 30 seconds, black should have been given three free moves.
