I know you chose the time stone route to 100% Sonic CD, but if you ever want to make a good future in every level, the Sonic Origins version has a very nice and helpful feature - restarting a level doesn’t change what time period you’re in, or revive either the hologram projector or robot generator thingy after you’ve destroyed them. Never having gotten far in Sonic CD until Origins, I wanted to play the long way and just drink everything in (obviously for your challenge, going for the time stones was a far better plan). So I’d find a way to hit the past, then I’d reset the level, enabling me to search the entire past for those two thingies to destroy each level (one is optional but it makes the animals bounce around!), then I’d get to the good future and reset again to go through the whole level.

Obviously, you don't have to, but it is just an idea since yakkocmn barely beat all the 3d sonic games in a week so I highly doubt you can 100% them.
This was a really great video to watch as well! Keep up the great challenge content Big Bandy!
I haven't played a sonic game in over 8 years (I'm more of a Mario guy and Sonic was never my thing), and honestly, I might get back into it after this video
I was never really a Sonic guy either but some of the games look cool
I watched your 2d Mario video yesterday and then on Christmas, today I got Mario wonder. You're a miracle
The in between day animations are excellent!
I freaking love this series you’ve been doing bro! Taking me back to my childhood with a lot of these and it’s so impressive to see you push your mind (and thumbs 😂) to the absolute limit!
Sonic Advance was probably one of my first if not my first Sonic game, and I now remember what part of it looked like. Never really got very far AT ALL but I mainly remember playing as Tails because I just love him.
I have so many memories with Sonic Advance 2 and 3 on car rides. The soundtrack for 2 also has some bangers.

Kinda sad Gens 3DS wasn't included but at the same time the game that were included sound like hell
me sees 32:45 yeah thats kirby and the forgetten land
nathanial: DAGANROMP-
me: WHAT
seeing sonic with blue arms when holding the clock hurts
Beat every Mario RPG game (M&L, Paper Mario, RPG) in a week?
I would love to see that
Despite of not having completed everything, it's still really impressive and you did an amazing job.
However, the reason I'm writing this comment (I'm usually just a silent viewer who doesn't write comments, but you do amazing work) is because I want to know what the song starting at 17:45 is. I've heard it before and am now curious what its name is and who made it, so I can listen to it again when I want to. I checked the additional music section of the video description, but couldn't find it there.
Thanks already for anyone who'll help me.
A little late, but it's Resurrections from Celeste.
I'd love to see a marathon of 100% Super Smash Bros. 👀
I love how every time a new marathon video comes aout you can see that his voice is more depressed on the intro
If you enjoy the marathons more power to you Nathanial, but just make sure you are still able to get rest, it is very important. It’s ok if you didn’t finish this one it was still a good video. Take care and good luck with the next one. God loves you.
100% every Mario Party game is probably gonna be fun
oh god, that'll take a while
13:30 skip ad.
Thank you for doing god’s work
@@dragonlord4898 your welcome?
Hang on, to 100% sonic cd, you need to collect all the time stones, get good futures in every zone, AND destroy all metal sonic holograms in the past.
You should 100% every Donkey Kong game in a week! Have fun with Donkey Kong 64 lol
I can't imagine the pain if you were to do a 100% Zelda marathon. The amount of stuff you have to do in those games especially the new ones is ridiculous. I'd say you need like 3 weeks to a month to do that. There is so much. Yeah there's glitches and stuff but the way I see it it would take forever. The amount of work you've put into all these marathons is incredible though. You've got some serious dedication. :)
I'd like to see a second part of this marathon where you cover every missed 2d Sonic game such as:
Sonic 1 8-bit
Sonic 2 8-bit
Sonic Chaos
Sonic Triple Trouble
Sonic Spinball
Sonic Blast
Knuckles Chaotix
Tails' Skypatrol
Tails Adventure
Sonic Pocket Adventure
Sonic Rivals
Sonic Rivals 2
Sonic Generations 3DS
Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal
Sonic Boom Fire and Ice.
Now please rest. Excited for maybe some Kirby marathon next.
Yeah it would have to be 4 weeks if he tried all that 😅
What about the sonic games on the digi and leapfrog? Actually nvm
This guy deserves a oscar. Good video nathaniel!
You really should do “Can I 100% every Super Monkey Ball Game in 1 Week?” considering it is the game that started your channel!
Something about sonic rush adventure is that even when the map isn’t exposed you can see a little bit of the topography. Since Johnny and all the secret stages are slightly above the rest of the sea it makes it easy to tell where he is.
If this guy keeps this marathon challenge things up, he’s probably gonna win an award someday.
Ain't that Nathaniel B?
I don't know why but I'm glad i found someone commenting this
Hold up
This is amazing! You should do this more! I would like to see you beat 100 percent Zelda in a week? Nice vid and huge like!
Yeah
He should probably space them out for his own sake. These seem to be rough on him
@@bigjalapeno7061 That’s true!
You probably should've given Sonic two weeks like Mario's 2d marathon
Damn, he also played disney speedstorm while 100% the games.
Mad lad
You missed Generations on 3DS
Oh no!
I thought he said 2D games not 3D games
@@SuperSonic4KOfficialdas still 2d
He said “major releases” I bet you not even half of the world even knew generations had a 3Ds port
I bet you a quarter of the world doesn’t even know what a 3Ds is
I bet you a third of the world doesn’t even know what a nintendo or a sega is
@@StrangerOnHeresonic colors ds:uhhhhhh am I a joke to you
Did anyone else noticed he forgot to include Sonic Generations 3DS? It is a 2D Sonic game.
I guess you could say....for this marathon we GOTTA GO FAST!!
I mean....we've had to go fast for all the other 100% in X weeks marathons but that statement fits the best here cause it's sonic!
After thoughts.
(SPOILERS.)
Well this marathon didn't go so well....
I mean we couldn't even finish all the games!
Here's hoping the next 100% in 1 week marathon in march goes better!
Hi

Sonic CD is not just about get all emeralds. you have to get the good ending on all levels, playing, past, present and good future.
That's why you finished it so fast.
36:50 the areas on the map where Johnny is found are all shallows, so usually if you see a small shallow dot on the map thats always a hidden island or johnny
I like sonic
👍
Based.
@@spongeyonxbox i know I sound dumb and this ain't make sense in your notifications but wdym based
I personally perfer sonic 2 but it’s mainly because TAILS
100% all the paper mario games 1 week next please
Bro 100% TTYD would be hell in one week
Now 100% Red Ball 3, The Flash Red Ball 4 Volumes and Red Ball 4 Mobile. The Problem Is That You Need To Play Them Through Bluemaximas Flashpoint Infinity
Also You Know You Can Just Use Coop in Sonic 4 Episode 2 So You Can Get Help From Someone
What about the Master System/Game Gear games? Maybe this should have been a two-week marathon and these could be included too.
Sonic 2 came out before Sonic CD, but I digress.
He was playing story mode
@GsaintMccwell Sonic 2 and CD were made by two completely different development teams
You forget sonic generation the 3ds version
its technically a 3d game
0:04 then that isn't every 2d sonic game the title is a lie
oh yes- 3d 8 bit sonic game
PORTAL REFERENCE!?!???!!?!!??
Technical you didn't 100% Sonic advance 2 because you did not collect all of the chaos emeralds and beat the game with Amy
the sonic advance games and rush games had so much great ideas in gameplay and great music. such a shame we dont have remasters for them.
