Been using the O\G OP-1 for years… looks at the field .. the price is oFF side lol… but I want it.. you think it has many advantages compared to the OG
its pretty fire... the multiple tracks is HUGE. the Stereo per track and sampling is HUGE...the new synth is cool, the new reverb is VERY good...and its true to the OG with work flow and live play tape tricks...etc...but the OG is cool. Biggest adv is being able to work on many tracks with independent settings and also the mentioned stereo stuff.
“A setup like this is mad simple.” Yea, it’s also mad expensive 😂 looking at all that, thats over $5k of gear not including the macbook. I love my op-1f tho.
I find it so funny how you talk about these features, as if they were special, while devices that look less cool and cost less then half the price had these kind of feature for almost a decade now
Misses out on the point of using hardware imo. Might as well use a computer if you just going to use tiny little buttons and knobs connected with wires and batteries all over the place. If you’re going hardware, get something you can pound and get down with. My thoughts
Teenage Engineering equipment has such a sleek aesthetic. They all look like an extension of an Apple product
love the form factor of all the devices here, makes me excited for more mini audio equipment! =)
Sent here by Sto because I'm also a fan of Teenage Engineering. This was dope 👏
