Seifer gives me a "New gen King Bradley" vibe. His best move is probably the upgraded Bloodbath which has the same size as Calculated Rend but it reduces aoe resist as well(something i wished King Brad has😫)
when you mentioned wind veritas tmr i remembered that i wanted to ask you this: how am i supposed to get wind veritas medals after i completed his mission board? they added his weapon there but i couldnt even get to his trancendence as there are just no more missions for his medals? did i miss something or are people that used the medals early for his shards are screwed?
Honeycomb barrier = damage reduction based on attack AOE size? Or Honeycomb barrier = damage based on distance away from the attacker? These are not the same thing, right? Mildly confused.
