I'm pretty sure she practiced her speech in her lucid dreams because damn she's radiating confidence.
Or she forgot to do reality checks and thought she was lucid dreaming
@@suwedo8677 lol 😂😂
Or she plagiarized the opening scene from Waking Life, the movie
Yup
She had a helper write the speech out and work out the wording and practice over a number of weeks before her friend before even setting a foot on the stage.
She didn’t stumble over a single word in her entire talk and smiled the whole while. Super impressive and very interesting subject.
That's because half of her speech is ljust plagiarizing waking life the movie.
IFKR?? DUDE, this gave me chilllsss
She had been practicing in lucid dreams.

I spent half a year lucid dreaming, but didn't find it was worth the time investment. You only get max 20-60 minutes of lucid dreaming per night, and often spend more time than that during the waking day becoming a lucid dreamer as you write super long dream journals and doing reality checks, so at least in my case I didn't get more time out of it than I put in.
@@MindDrip technically u might be right but in that 20 min time is perceived very differently, could even be years. Personal experience.
Actually this is something that we do all the time, if we are asleep or not. We have to take control of our own mind, as opposed to others doing this so they can get advantage over us.
Not unreasonable considering you probably dedicate 2 thirds to being consciously capable of it.
When she said "trust me you have more fantasy and creativity in you than you think" I felt that 5 blotters deep
Wow her fluidity is intimidating...its insane how radiant her certainty and presence is...its almost other worldly...
lucid dreaming is real, once i discovered the topic i think it awakend something inside me allready, i kept a dream journal as much as i could. in the begin you dont remember so much but it will improve quite fast if you do. i also did reality checks too during the day by just looking at my hands and ask myself if im awake like once an hour. as soon as you dream again and you notice something strange that wouldnt happen when you are awake or sometimes surten dreams reacure and you norice it, you do the reality check in your dream and notice you wont see your hands the way you do when you are awake, they looked shadowy and somewhat transparant to me is when i realized i was dreaming and became aware inside my dream. i often used to dream i get lost somewhere thats what set it of for me. i recognized it. then i tried to float up and fly away and it worked, tricky part is you get so overwhelmed by knowing you are lucid its easy to just wake up out of excitement :)
cool thanks i will. for some reason i stopped practacing lucid dreaming.. but i should try again more often
i tried searching that but i only end up with dragonball videos as i follow geekdom101 lol
bb1982nl I have the ability to lucid dream even control them I definitely could tell the difference but try not to think about to much which makes me wake up I have traveled to different dimensions and have been kicked out 3times from this dimension well they have a small controller looking thing which sends me out once they acknowledge I don’t belong there it might sound silly but it’s really true and most of this dimensions are beautiful and peaceful some are dark and scary it could go both ways either way I have got better and better and could see clearer now which I enjoy more dreaming even if it’s good or bad

A brain is recording around 10,000 different environmental sensory stimuli per second but we can only actively pay attention to mostly 10 per second. All the other information that is sensed by our body is stored in the brain. I am a lucid dreamer and I believe that lucid dreaming taps into that large reservoir of information that is stored in your brain. Your brain wants to do something with that information. In lucid dreams you can use that information to be creative. You can interact with people in your dreams and create music, paintings, poems, stories, etc. You can listen to lucid dream friends and ask them to tell you things you didn't know existed yet. But it is all from you. From your own brain. It is a different way of creating then the way we are typically used to when we are awake. It works. I have done it many times.
can you share some of your favorite lucid dreams?
The whole Lucid Dream stage is a World on it own. Like everything in the Awaken Reality, the moment one stops trying to explains, clarifies, quantifies, categorize, compartmentalize, control and judge, one will TRULY EXPERIENCE the TRUE NATURE of REALITY, Awaken or Dreaming. Lucid Dreams ONLY requires your FOCUS, ATTENTION, INTENTION and the willingness to be your TRUE SELF. That's when The True Magic Happens. Bon Voyage Traveler!

If you have really vivid, color dreams it's such an amazing experience to "wake up" inside them. That's why she is so passionate about it. Everything is hyper-real even down to the touch. I have to touch everything in a lucid dream, it's so fantastic. If you have what I would call the Full Experience, you will have the same level of enthusiasm that she has when trying to talk about it with others.

She is so right. I’ve had lucid dreams ever since I can remember and no one used to understand me until this became a more popular topic...
I recently acknowledged I posses this talent. All my life I've been subject to names like you are crazy , laughs and judgement. Lucid dreaming has brought the desire to read and educate my self at age 37. I've been practicing to write as much details and than write down a summary story than I link the details to real life events, situations & places. The results are impressive and amazing in accuracy and similarities.

When I lucid dream, I leave whatever the narrative is when I become aware and fly.
I recently had the best flying dream of all. I jumped into the air, just over the rooftops, I could see water in the distance and flew towards it, it was a channel, I could see houses and buildings on either side. I flew to the middle and shot straight up over the water like Superman. I went up about 1000 feet, just above the clouds and turned it off, allowing myself to freefall back down to the water. when I was getting close, I turned it back on and flew straight along the middle of the channel just above the water, went under a bridge and back up about 200 feet, hovered there a moment and then woke up.
I'm hoping to re-enter that dream soon, it was the most amazing feeling!
I love reading other's dreams
Flying is the best! I think it would never cease to amaze me if I could do it every night. Unfortunately I never mastered it, so I just enjoy my lucid dreams whenever they happen. I had some strange and wonderful experiences but few things beat flying for sure!
@@marcojacinto6454
Is lucid dream similar to reading a novel and getting transported into the imaginary world of the writer ?
@@vra4432 it's more vivid than that. When you dream normaly everything seems real, even when it is surreal and absurd. When you are lucid that feeling of reality it's still there, except for you are aware you are dreaming. For example, when I dream about flight, although I am aware it's only a dream it DOES feel real. You can hear the air roaring in your ears, you can feel the wind making your hair and clothes flutter, you can feel the sun on your skin, and it feels just as it is when you are awake.
Flying is the 1st great thing that happens to a lucid dreamer.
There are however, other abilities that can be mastered as you awake into the realization of being matter less.
In one particular occasion where I was licid dreaming i encountered a giant snake that wanted to kill me and chased me through the woods; in a moment of panic i looked at my hand and remembered that this was my dream and I was in control and nothing could hurt me.
At this moment I started to get very angry at the large snake and all of my focused angered was directed to my right hand which I was looking at and then it quickly became a flamimg white sword of energy.
Which I then used to mutiliate the snake with.
I guess what I'm saying is that you can gradually become more and more powerful as you realize your true energy and pay more attention to every detail you encounter..
This makes me want to watch inception again
I lucid dreamed for a while some years ago and it was the most amazing thing ever it's basically like magic in real life.
Check the clock while you're dreaming. You won't be able to read the time. That's my trigger. Only had 2 lucid dreams so far, both in the last 2 weeks. but I'm looking forward to more!!
uNkLeRaRa4 last night i tried checking the time, then i thought wait isn’t that what’s supposed to happen in a dream? Seventh lucid dream
That doesn't work. The thing is, when you know about that, your brain knows that you know it and tries to outsmart you in a new way. That's the essence of a dream - your brain vs your actions. Once you win or lose, you wake up.
My clock always says 4:20? Just kidding, nice tip.
nvmffs yeahhh... exactly!
Try talking to the people in the dream without the dream collapsing. Dont say the word dream, ask their names and what they are doing there. See if you can keep up a conversation with them.
BEAUTIFUL Presentation of a TRUE Lucid Traveller. The moment we embrace who we are, there is no DUALITY, COMPETITION, CONTROL. We are who we are, and each being unique in our own right leaves no room other than to be OUR TRUE SELF. Thank you for your Lovely and Honest Expression of Being.
Many seeds of this planet are finally growing roots and flowers are staring to Blossom.
Namaste
I've been practising lucid dreaming for 20 years now and have pretty much mastered it, but I never ceases to amaze me how its possible. Sometimes I will spawn a city and just walk through it looking at all the faces of people and wondering how its possible for a brain to create and simulate 10000's of unique people.
I discovered how to spawn anything you like by just closing my eyes in the dream and thinking where I want to go, then open my eyes slowly and I'm there, its hard to master this as I would open my eyes in real life most of the time at first, and the excitement will often wake you up also.
You know, I just wonder, what if all the places and situations really exist in some other part of the universe. We think we create it but in that reality we just tune into it.
@@AionAeon I've thought that also, Ive also considered we can tap into a universal consciousness possibly though the microtubules in the brain
most likely "lucid dreaming" is just another way to connect to devils
@@mik310s Like Nikola Tesla. He said that he was connecting to the universal core (or source, "Akasha Chronicles"?) to gain knowledge for his inventions.
Did you experienced being pulled by the ground and glitches? Can you recommend me something to avoid it?
Yes! I’m so glad this came up in my feed. Last night I had another experience. I was in a dream and there was a door in front of me.. I realized it was a dream and told myself I can go wherever I want. Gaining control while losing control.
EXACTLY
I started lucid dreaming spontaneously as a young child off and on. Around 15 years old I decided to put effort into exploring lucid dreaming and seeing what I could really do. I didn’t have the same experience as the woman speaking here where she became really happy in waking life. Unfortunately it was the opposite for me. Because the life I was living while asleep was so much more incredibly saturated and alive and free and adventurous and indescribably beautiful, being awake was so much of a contrast and everything had a dull gray cast to it, including my emotions and ability to feel good. I couldn’t reach the emotional highs and lows that I could in dreams while awake, time was so heavy and felt like a lead weight on me, just existing in waking life was so hard compared to what was becoming my real life in dreams. The depression saturated deeply and although it has lifted somewhat after quitting lucid dreaming completely, I’ve never really been the same again. Which is okay really, because I’m finding a new me to grow into and I feel like I’m ready to pick up where I left off now that I’ve lived a lot of life in my 35 years. I’ve grown much more resilient and understand the importance of balance much better now.
How are you? You sounded like you were going through a spiritual awakening here. I would love to know how you are doing a year later.
Yes. Escaping this realm is real. I’ve done it many times. Our souls definitely leave our bodies. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Not only are you adorable and have a great voice, but you are also inspiring and did a great job relaying your experience with lucid dreaming.
I wonder why she had brought tears to my eyes!
It also brought tears to my eyes, not sure why. Is it inspiration, admiration, memories of a deceased loved one, her expression "budding joy," "feeling heavenly," "sheer happiness..."?
Amazing talk!...I had just got up from lucid dreaming, that got me to this video.
I had traveled to many places far and wide before but last night was different.
Last night i saw myself out of my body and i was in my house, in my living room. I felt lighter than usual but i could see my entire dream self.... I tightened my body and felt my feet float a few inches of the ground. Instead of walking around i decided to float around until i began learning how to control it. It was pretty easy and i felt as if ive been flying for years, probably i have been. My body feels re-energized after awaking up from this lucid dream
I am pretty sure you were astral projecting
Same lucid dreaming is a recharge
The closing qoute is pretty much how I feel. If I"m going to be swimming in my brain 1/3 of my life I might as well have some fun doing it.

Best tip You can give me?
@@jackknife8317 I think reoccurring nightmares are the best launch point. Reject the nightmare without waking and you have become lucid. Worked for her, worked for me. But I did it about 40 years ago.
Here's a tip - Pick one day a week to get caught up on sleep. Sleep 10+ hours. That's when the dreams really kick in. Then you will have the opportunity to grab one of them and start to control it. That's how I do it now.
I love to sleep when rain is pattering on the roof.
You dont need 10h+ sleep we dream in REM Phase
Jack just google it there are many techniques, try to wake up after 4 hours and stay awake for 15 min
Then go to sleep again,
when your sleep is not to deep you start lucid dreaming
@@Shizuka136 Thanks Joker. My mind is not closed and I agree. There are many techniques we can use to get there. I have absolutely done all of the above.
Sometimes it is wake up at 3am, go get a drink of water, and then slip back in while still being cognizant.
The best thing is low pressure and an expectation. I had some very good dreams last night that were almost near the surface of being awake. Play with it. It can be s bit like balancing a feather vertically on the tip of your finger... there is nothing to lose... only something to gain.

I was about to write that and I saw your comment, first... also I' m a lucid dreamer since I am 13 years old but my explanation for that it's been because I'm suffering about narcolepsy .. nothing special or skilled maybe I' m just sick and with a bad sleeping, that's it... now about the light : is barely true I mean you can bring light and dark as you want so if you think that by pushing or clicking button you will have the light than you will have the light and there is no chance that you are not would think about that because in the real life this is what will happen. different story for books or check the time on your watch, in the dreams even if it is a lucid dream you can't read anything the letters and number will be intagible.
I taught myself to lucid dream as a child somehow.....I’ve done it my whole life. I like to fly over cities.
When I was child I used to get really bad nightmares and when I went to my parents for comfort, I didn’t get it. So I decided I needed to change my dreams bc I used to be able to re enter dreams if I was dedicated or sleepy enough. I would enter the dream again and at first I would try to move myself in different ways and it got caught on loops. Like I was breaking in. And then I was able to turn the nightmare into a dream by going back in and just dream myself with powers. After I got the hang of it, it became natural and almost expected. I don’t remember my dreams anymore now but I can still remember important parts of old dreams I had
I can force myself to have lucid dreams but its difficult. Maybe once per month. When it happens I can look around. The floor. The walls. The detail is amazing. If I get too excited I wake up so I'm slowly teaching myself to stay in the state. Love to talk to others who experience this.
Did you ever have them by accident as well? Or experience sleep paralysis?

6:10 This is one of the reasons why I find the science of lucid dreaming to be the answer to discovering the nature of consciousness in humans. Take that popular quote, that dreams sacrifice coherence for completion, there couldn't be any better definition. Take it one step further and become lucid within the dream, it's added layer of complexity. So it is layers upon layers of self awareness which makes up the notion of 'I', probably the reason why all your senses are heightened to a level no ordinary waking state could possibly output. It's a level of perceptual discrimination second to none. Perhaps the key to evolution.
I love how her subconcous tought how to get concius in a dream, thats the most impressive part here in my opinon
This is a great topic, thanks for the talk. "We are such stuff as dreams are made on and our little life is rounded with a sleep" - from The Tempest by Shakespeare.

Lucid dreams are only a beginning. Keep seeking within until you find. And when you start having OOBEs don't freak out. You must detach from everything and conquer your fears. Push your consciousness into inner fullness and you will go past linear time.

I do not believe that the scenery in my lucid dreams come from my own brain, but are so vivid and clear that they can only come from a MIND beyond my own. @@themajesticmagnificent8561 There are numerous lucid dreaming books out there. I was already dabbling when I read my first one. I'd say it's definitely more for the type of person that already has vivid dreams, or can at the very least, remember parts of their dreams.

Impressed. She deserved a louder applause. And very informative
I been having lucid dreams since a kid. I am 40 something and i still have them.
Is true what she says. I already visited the outer space. It was the most amazing experience to stand there, in the darkness surrounded by the blinking lights of the stars, to see the planets and the sun around me. While it felt amazing, I also could feel my heart pump with excitement, but fear at the same time. I remember thinking, that I needed to get back home, and i did.
I been able to visit other places, which happen to be un other countries. And no, in lucid dreams you sometimes you don't see yourself traveling through places to get to a certain point. It is just like a click and there you are.
You see people, abd you feel immense happiness to see them because they are "family" or a " partner" that you were not ever aware you had, or even a child that was "yours" the happiness is there, it is immense, and the nostalgia is there. You talk to them, you feel like they have been in your life forever. You see them, you recognize them, but when you wake up, you know that in real life none of that makes sense. Because, you are not married, or are dating, don't have kids, or any of those people in the dream are part of your real life.
Flying, yes! But, not like a bird or Superman like style. More like a person that can walk around without the gravitational pull. Been able to take off from this earth, without difficulty.
This happened to me, I don't lucid dream, or haven't yet, but remember my dreams often. I had one the other night, and I saw a man over a fence and I was so happy to see him, I ran to him, and it was someone I loved and had know all my life and I was talking to his son and these people were really important to me, they took me to a house to see 'grandma' and I loved her so much,i remember what she looked like, she was really dainty, and elegant and she was throwing buckets of purple paint in a room and smearing it on the walls. I woke up from that dream into another one and I was telling my friend in the second dream about the first one, and I was like "it was so weird, I was with all of these people and I loved them and i felt like i had known them forever, it was so good to be with them again" and he was like why don't you go see them now and I was said because they aren't real people. Then I told him about it again when I was actually awake. i wonder what it means, why it happens? Who are these people

Is it normally flying dreams that you have when you lucid dream?
Her voice is so cute like a little child ❤
I had lucid dreams when I was a young boy. Flying dreams. Eating healthier helped I'm sure. One dream in particular I remember going through the roof of my house, going up and looking down on the house and property. I could control how high, how fast, left and right turns, all of it. It's one I'll never forget. Then I started experimenting with smoking, drinking, and eating junk foods. I've never had a lucid dream since. I need to make some changes. That experience of being truly free and being able to go anywhere you wish, trumps anything. It's within all of us. It's just a matter of realizing what's good and bad for you, in order to be free and see.

I thought that was a very motivational speech. She's very passionate about this subject & so she should be as should anyone with any interest in anything other than being farmed. Lucid dreams do happen and they are amazing!! I just want to be able to do it by choice. I think i'm definitely going to give the dream journal a go. Hopefully that helps. I suffer with nightmares and could really use a way of being able to do it by choice. Good vid. Nice talk. I enjoyed it. Cheers Ted X
You did it?
@@ameliepage1981 I don't mean to be rude, but what? lol
Exactly. When you believe you are awake and can't turn on the lights or off you are dreaming out of your body!
Much love and gratitude
Im 39, and now that ive had a bunch of Lucid Dreams in my life (last night as of this post that brought me here)....I agree with a lot of this. I enjoy being in that reality even though its a small percentage of my lifes time.
She stated most of the ability i can do, flying, going to space, visiting mars, walking through walls, controlling landscape, using it to face fear.. etc. Creation and superpowers hahaha
Tbf, these are rather common for lucid dreamers.

I like the sparkles in her eyes, she is so cute
Thank you for bringing this out to those that need confirmation!!
How exciting, I can’t wait to try it!!!!😴🙃🌌
I remember the exact dream I had when realize I could control it, I was maybe 12 or 13 now I’m 28 and it’s completely how I see things I can really understand my own thoughts.
Good video, as this covers one of the most important things and that is learning how you can better control your own mind. As opposed to others that do not have your best interests controlling your mind.
no matter what happens during lucid dreaming..feel great all day
I usually lucid dream when I'm over tired. It a weird feeling having control of your dream and flying and actually making real time decisions of where to go next
Excellent miracle on the word and birth of your day
Small correction here. You are not taking control of your entire sleep cycles. But only the last 1 hour or so phase of your REM sleep. However the experience could literally feel like years. You could get married, have kids, see them go to college, hold your grand kids all in one dream.
Does it feel as real as this world?
@@zubisstar508Sometimes more! At the beginning, I had to ask people if a certain event had actually taken place or not. For example, did my mom call me and tell me she was going on vacation or did I dream that? I couldn't tell the difference. Eventually, I got more grounded while being awake which allows me to completely let go and lucid dream.
Most of the useful information is basic and written of in hundreds of books. While becoming lucid in dreams will prompt most people to become more attentive in waking , the entry point to lucid dreaming is actually the waking state. If you become more interested in waking reality, if you pay attention with greater intensity during waking, you will find your self doing so in dreams.
Her accent is beautiful.
Where is her accent from?
Amazing the way she describes it. Shame no one ever seems to mention the downside in these things and it’s sleep paralysis. Make sure you know about it before you attempt to lucid dream.
Good calm clear talk... I love this.
