I bought a jeep stroller. Then saw this one and fell in love. I’m going to return jeep. After watching million videos you’re the only one who mentioned about strollers having a flat tire. That could be a big problem when you’re in the middle of something!

I have a question about the car seat adapters. I saw someone post a review video of this stroller and they used the car seat adapters for the regular stroller seat to give the child on the bottom some extra space. I was wondering if that was safe to do? I haven’t seen anyone else use it that way in videos I’ve watched.

What is the maximum angle of recline for the top seat and would it work for an newborn? Expecting my third child. Never used a bassinet with the first two and prefer not to. Previously used the Maclaren Quest (single) from day 1, but we need a front-back double stroller this time. Would this work with two toddler seats?

I imagine it is not easy at all to detach Pipa seat with a kid from a stroller? Not safe as with Vista Mesa where I one can do it with one hand.
What is the length from wheen to the furthest part of a stroller when folded without a seat?
My kid is quite tall. His head goes way above the top of the stroller and the canopy hits his head. Is there a way to extend the length of the seat for taller kids? It is very short.
Can the car seat be taken on board?
How tall is your six year old? Not worried about the weight for my toddler, more the height, she is almost 3 and is 38 inches she hardly fits in the current nuna mixx because of her height. Worried we might have the same issue with this one.

Thanks for the video, super helpful! My worry is that my toddler, while sitting in the lower seat will try to grab the wheels and get a finger or hand stuck with strolling around. Can they reach the wheels and is this a realistic worry?
Phillip Mingus there are fenders and the rear wheels have clear plastics preventing anything from going in between the spokes.
My son is 18 months old my second will be here when he turns two, how old is the maximum for the bottom seat? I currently still have my nuna pipa car seat from my son and mixx2 but I’m looking for a double stroller . I’m loving this as it takes my car seat.
The max for the bottom seat is 50lbs, not generally an age because each babe is different. Nuna is awesome because their seats are able to be used from birth to the maximum weight.
How's the maneuverability and turn radius? Does it easily navigate busy streets and compact elevators? We live in city. Also does it have option to add a step board? Great vid!!

Great video - quuchj question. When the bottom seat is attached, what is the storage space like? I'm assuming there's no room to hang a changing bag from the handle, so is there still room to store this in the basket when the second seat is in use?
Great question! When the second seat is attached, there is not much room for a diaper bag or any storage. Maybe a small one, but definitely not a regular or full sized diaper bag.

I see that the MIXX series bassinet has a stand. Can the same stand be used with the Demi Grow bassinet? I did not see an accessory stand specifically made for it. I find it a little annoying that Nuna does not have one universal clamp/locking mechanism throughout their entire travel system line.
Hi Alexandria, unfortunately the stand attachments are not interchangeable. We agree, it would reduce a lot of confusion if they were universal.
Can you show me how to open? I have this stroller, but to open it is very difficult out and I have to use both hands and force

We're concerned that the upper seat is too high for a toddler to climb in and out of by themselves, so we would have to pick them up every time. How is your experience with that?
Check out the joovy qool, it can seat up to 3 children! It has a great bench seat that has a back rest. My toddle has no trouble getting in and out of the seats

Great question! Sadly the Demi Grow does not come with a bassinet. Included is the frame with wheels, 2 sets of PIPA series infant car seat post adapters, stroller seat, fenders and rain cover. The Demi Grow second seat and bassinet are purchased separately.

Hi Lee, unfortunately Nuna does not make car seat adapters for any other brand car seats. You would only be able to use one of the Nuna Pipa models with this stroller.
Another quick question - we were planning to go and buy this tomorrow but my husband has found some conflicting info on the max weight for each seat. Nuna themselves say up to 50lbs (22kg) but several stockists state the max weight is 15kg per seat. Help!
Great question. Yes, the weight capacity for the toddler seat is from birth to 50lbs.

That is a great observation. You are correct the Demi Grow does not have a lay-flat seat where the Mixx2 does. Nuna has tested and approved the Demi Grow for use with a Newborn however we believe the Mixx2 would be a better option for an infant since it does lay flat and has a make-shift bassinet.
So does the mixx seat stroller fit on the demi stroller? I have the mixx2 stroller but want to know if i can just keep the seating instead of buying the new seat for the demi as a double stroller...

I bought the stroller with PIPA light lx and it came with a ring adapter. Does anyone know how’s the ring adapter different from the regular adapter?
Hi Lily! Thats a great question. The ring adapter is great because it allows you to release the car seat from the stroller with one hand on the back of the seat instead of using both hands to release the triggers next to the handlebar. It will add a little bulk when folded but its totally worth it.

Hi, that is a good question! This ability would totally depend on how the buggy board attaches to the stroller. The Stroller does not have an exposed axel, which is typically how you would attach universal buggy boards. You can however unbutton the basket to expose the axel however that will make the storage basket unreliable. Please let us know if you have follow up questions.

Unfortunately they do not offer a cup holder specifically for the Demi Grow. You can get a universal parent console like the one linked below, it features 2 cup holders.

I really want this stroller. My only worry and possible drawback is that the second bottom seat would hit my shins while pushing. Is that an issue?
Hi Jacquelyn, that is a an excellent questions. If the second seat is all the way reclined there is a chance your knees will hit the back of the seat but this will depend on the height of the handlebar. I am 5'5" and if i have the handlebar in one of the two highest positions I have plenty of kick-space, if it is on the lowest two positions I brush or hit the back of the seat with my knees. If the second seat is not all the way reclined then this is even less of an issue. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Will the seat adjust so that the child is able to sit fully upright and view their surroundings?
Great question. The seat does not go all the way upright, straight up and down just because that is not the most comfortable position, but it does sit enough upright for the child to view their surroundings.
This is a super helpful review! When the seat is accommodating a second child in the bottom position and laying flat, does it interfere with walking, as in are your knees hitting it? Its hard to tell just looking at it.

Looking into purchasing one for my toddler and soon to be newborn. My question is if I purchase a pipa lite lx for my newborn do I need to purchase the second sibling seat right away or can I use the one that it originally comes with and then by an additional seat when my second daughter gets bigger? What do you recommend I'm trying to be cost efficient considering I am a single mother. Thanks in advance!
Hi Michele, the great thing about the Demi Grow is that both seats are exactly the same! The stroller also comes with the adapters needed to attach the Pipa Lite Lx so you are ready to go right out of the box! Is it normal for the car seat to wobble a little on the stroller?
Yes, normally once baby is in, their weight acts like a lock to prevent the wobble
How does the steaming compare with another single to double like vista or city select? I assume it would be better bc the frame isn’t as long? Is there a ride in Baird for a 3rd child or would the second seat location make this impractical?
It actually is about the same maneuverability as the Vista. Both very smooth and easy to stear. There is not a ride in board unfortunately as the second seat sits right where that board would need to go. Can you essentially carry your baby in the bassinet? You didn’t specify nor does the Nuna website, like can I carry baby inside the house in the bassinet or is that not safe?
Because the bassinet has no harnesses or straps we would strongly recommend not using it to carry your baby. If using a travel system is something you would want to do frequently we would recommend buying one of the Pipa car seats so you can carry your baby in and out of your house easily and onto your stroller!

From our experience we really like how sturdy the Demi Grow is. The Chameleon will be lighter but that is largely due to the fact that it cannot accommodate a second seat.

You are correct. In our experience the Demi Grow just FEELS more sturdy, it is completely a personal opinion.
Are the wheels good for snow ?
They can definitely push through snow! The front wheels also lock allowing you to have more control to push through the terrain!
is this all terrain too?
No it is not considered all terrain. Has great suspension for mild terrain such as grass, gravel, bark ect. Probably a mild hike would be ok.
I have fallen in love with this because I will have a 3yr Old and a nb (when Baby comes) and I’m not sure how long I’ll really need a double. The question I have is I’m only 5ft tall, if I have the 2nd seat added and the telescopic handlebar in the lowest setting will I be able to walk without kicking the second seat. It just looks that way from videos and I can’t find a store that has it near here that has it yet to try. Please help?
That is certainly a valid concern. Katie is who is in the video and she is 5'5" and she has no problem pushing the stroller and not kicking the second seat, I can imagine you would be just fine. We will play with it in the store with some moms that are shorter and let you know if we find out otherwise.

Hi again Amanda, we played with it again today. With the handlebar in the lowest position AND the lower seat reclined all the way, our knees did brush the back of the seat. This was a little annoying but not a deal breaker. If you incline the second seat just a little it was not an issue at all. I hope this helps.

It does not. The bassinet is meant for infants to lay flat on their backs.

Can I use a Nuna Ivvi bassinet for nuna grow ?
Our Nuna rep said she believes it will technically work. The seats are interchangeable but they haven't actually tested the bassinet.
