This ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxH6qKgszNeMi7lLzvjBifqEp-DqTXB2AG stroller seems to be as advertised. The only thing I would change is the amount of basket space on the bottom. I will say most strollers this style do not have any basket space so even a little is a plus. It did not take long to assemble and everything just snapped into place. I notice in reviews some said they couldn't get it to latch or fold. If you look at the back there is a metal bar. When you push that down it is open securely. To fold you lift up that bar and it folds right up. I hope that helps.

Thanks for this video; it is GREAT! We have been researching double strollers for A LONG time and this one just made the top of the list with it's compact fold update; added suspension and rubber tires. LOVE the bucket seat for older kiddos too. Thanks again!

yes, they do :) All the adapters work from the City Select to the Lux, except for the new jump seat. That will only work on the Lux.

The pushchair arrived 2 days ago and I really love it. Its heavier than iCandy Orange but very sturdy. Its also slimmer so it fits the shops isles and door. Been very easy for me to take my two kids out on my own. The recline positions for both seats is really beneficial as my kids can sleep while were are out. I absolutely love it.

The car seats that work with the City Lux are still unknown. We assume it will be similar to the car seats that now fit on the City Select. The Mesa does not fit on the City Select; however, the Nuna Pipa is a great car seat that is comparable. HI! after a lot of investigation about car seats I realize that Britax car seat is the best recommended, talking about stroller I like for much city select. And you can buy the Britax car seat adapters for the city select stroller. The best combination ever! Hope help

Can you recline both seats at same time
Is there a possibility of doing a video showing how to attach the shopping tote? I purchased it because it says it can be attached to the stroller even when both sets are on but it just snaps off
Unfortunately it only snaps on in place of the second seat on the adapters (it can only be used with one seat). which color you think is the best, the granite,the slate or the port？
The Slate is beautiful, but the graphite or port might be better options if you're afraid of getting it dirty. The darker material wont show spills as easy. Feel free to take a look at all the colors here.

Yes! This is actually a perfect stroller for two kids, and the City Select Lux has lots of adapters for infant car seats - so you can put the toddler in the seat that comes with the stroller and the baby in a car seat.
What options are there to use this stroller with a newborn other than a bucket car seat? Are the toddler seats approved for small infants?
The toddler seat isn't approved until their 3 months old or able to control their head. Another option is the bassinet accessory.
The back right wheel seems a bit stuck is that normal ?
Has it been stuck from the beginning? If it’s a couple years old and getting stuck it might just need a good clean because there might be something stuck in the wheel well!

My BabyJogger City Select Lux left wheel is not stopping properly. When I put the brake lock on, the left wheel can still roll and theres a clicking noise. When I checked, the pin thats coming out is shorter than the right wheel pin. It is normal or mine has a defective wheel lock? I think is defective as it dented & damaged the wholes on left wheel.
Hi, this does not sound typical and does sound defective. We would recommend contacting Baby Jogger and they can work with you to get it fixed or replaced.
Do you have to remove the jumpseat in order to close the stroller?
Hi Sandra, good question! You do not have to remove the bench seat to fold the stroller. The seat will unclip from the frame when you fold it but will stay attached on the sides.
Does the belly bar of the city premier fit to the city select lux???
Hi Andrea! That is a great question! We are pretty sure it would the Belly Bar would work with the City Select Lux because the Child Tray works with both. Unfortunately we do not have a display at the store right now to test it out so we are not 100%. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
Would the new 2017 City Luxe work for a dad who is 6 feet 4 inches tall? Would his feet hit the axle cross bar due to his height? Thank you!

Its hard to know for sure based just on height. We would recommend testing out the stroller in store just to be safe! As of now they are expected to be in stores May.
which convertable stroller do you think is better for city life the 2017 Vista or baby jogger city lux rlly torn between those two choices ?
We would say it depends on how much you walk versus how much you travel in cabs in the city. So the Baby Jogger City Lux is great for if you are getting in and out of taxi cabs and Uber cars because it's easier to fold. The Uppababy Vista is better if you're mostly walking everywhere all the time because it's a little lighter to push around.
can the baby sleep overnight in the bassinet?
Because it's not tested for overnight use, we would not recommend it
Did you find the weight too heavy? I know that the original was 29lbs and now this is 6lbs heavier. I'm a bit concerned about that
They are actually just about the same weight. We have been playing around with both and there isn't a noticeable difference. For a double stroller we certainly think its doable! Let us

Is it possible to make the seat back taller?
Albina Terpay The actual seat itself doesn't adjust, but there is a taller canopy that you can get to put on. You can also take off the canopy if you want to keep using until the child outweighs the seat, children tend to exceed the height capacity before the weight capacity.

The city Lux seats can fit on the City Select stroller as well. But the City Mini is a completely different stroller that has different seats.

Unfortunately the jump seat only works with the new Lux frame, but you can purchase Lux seats that will fit the City Select Frame.

We dont know the exact weight at this time, but we believe its almost the same if not the same as the city select, Which is 28 lbs.

Baby Jogger said on their Facebook site in response to a questions that the stroller won't be available until June. Has something changed?

They can be put in the stroller seats once they are able to sit up, so usually after 6 months. Before that age, the City Lux does have many types of infant car seat adapters to have the baby comfortably in their infant car seat.
There is a 45 lbs weight capacity, so probably like 4-5 years old generally.
Very disappointing!!! The handlebar is to high on the lowest setting. It’s very large and heavy. This brand is over priced, don’t spend so much money
