This is a form of art that a lot of people don’t look at very often so I’m happy that I get to see you create it and learn more about taxidermy
this inspires me to get back at my big project, can’t wait to use some of your techniques on my shetland pony and donkey when i have the guts to thaw it 😬, the nose trick you posted using milk carton for the cartilage is absolutely genius! You do such Amazing work as always thanks for sharing this awesome video 🖤!
Beautiful I'm not a taxidermist but you've got me into it!
came from tiktok!!! so glad u have a youtube
Was a budding Hunter and taxidermist in the 70's and 80's. Also collected mounts.
Had quite a collection of birds of prey native to northern Ontario, Canada. None were hunted, all roadkill or bought mounts.. Anyhoo, I finally agreed that a dozen bird of prey mounts in the living room was a little much. So..I stored them in the garage. When we were away one weekend, our border collie got into the garage and chewed every single one to bits.
😭
❤🇨🇦
P.S.you are brilliant. And the #CalvinKlein !!! You are one unique young woman. And you shine bright.
❤🇨🇦😊
That is horrible those poor hawks that's why I dont have a dog
That dog needs to be taxidermied
fascinating... I found your channel when looking up advice how to treat found animal bones (had some in the yard again and this time I want to keep a skull and some spine fragment) ...glad I clicked on your channel, looking forward to discover it and see more of your works!
Omg yes! I’m so happy you uploaded again!!!!
Best UA-cam channel ever!
Found you on tik tok !! On the wolf restore
Yes yes yes. I love this. Please post more when u can
This is stuning
your vid’s are pretty cool and very enjoyable
Is it easy to taxiderm cats? And how much would such a thing cost to have done.
Every horse has the most kissable lips! The upper one you need to study. Can’t explain because I am not good in English. But everyone who loves horses and has ever shared their lives with some they know that upper stiff lovely lip. Almost a trunk if they want to. There are some muscles there. And then the lighter plump and soft under lip.
I really wanna get into taxidermy, and also I love your videos ❤️
hey! about two months ago one of my chickens passed away and my dad burried her in our backyard, but i would like to dig it out to keep her skull and bones, so i was wondering how long it would take for it to be fully decomposed before i unbury it? if someone knows, let me know!
Well, seeing ur comment was five months ago, dig up your chicken now :D
If you're somewhere warm, a few months will do it. If it's really rich soil, and fairly warm, maybe a month.
👍❤🇨🇦
Out of curiousity, does the pelt smell like anything?
Normally if it does smell it will smell like the tanning fluid
@@contentgremlinthe3rd Ahh okay. For some reason I kept shining it smell like hay which makes zero sense for obvious reasons. 😅
@@clarie4497 I have taxidermy in my room but I can’t smell it at all lol
Great Video! Is there anyway you could do a video on how to get into taxidermy I've always wanted to get in to it as a career thanks For the awesome content!
Where do you get the pelts from??
It’s so satisfying but where do you but dead horse pelts 💭
I've actually been dreaming to one day work on a flamingo or peacock
Can you buy premade horse forms?
I really wanna work on with taxidetmy alpacas i havent seen any of them
I've been wanting to learn this just so I can mount a lion.
More videos pls. You're my favorite UA-camr! You inspired me to start taxidermy and i got my first taxidermy Mount today :D (skunk)
Remember the smaller you keep the eye the more it looks real!
you are so beautiful😭😁
how could you be happy with the eye set on that horse , and you said you work at a horse farm , they must have sick horses there
Why are you banned on insta and tiktok
I saw trigger to
I like it but the mouth looks like it's being pulled which makes it look unnatural
You killed all that animals behind you? :'(
And that fur of horse,, is real??
@@moodledoodle_ajmost of the time people who do taxidermy don’t kill the animals usually there either found dead, or are given to her by hunters.
She has a video talking about her collection, most of them were bought from other people if i remember correctly. The horse she said in this video died of natural causes (it was sick) and she bought the pelt. Still sad, but at least the horse wasn't killed
Living 40 years with both pets and in nature with wild animals I wish I had the money to do this. Too small eyes. If you ever owned a horse or really spent time with one you would know. Also the mout is in a slightly wrong angle. Not my mutch but it makes a difference.
You need to know the animal you try to “bring back to life”! Relaxed horse. More dropped corner of the mouth. Thicker under lip. Bigger eyes. Simple in my mind but surely not easy in practice.
