    This is a form of art that a lot of people don’t look at very often so I’m happy that I get to see you create it and learn more about taxidermy

    Was a budding Hunter and taxidermist in the 70's and 80's. Also collected mounts.
    Had quite a collection of birds of prey native to northern Ontario, Canada. None were hunted, all roadkill or bought mounts.. Anyhoo, I finally agreed that a dozen bird of prey mounts in the living room was a little much. So..I stored them in the garage. When we were away one weekend, our border collie got into the garage and chewed every single one to bits.
    😭

    P.S.you are brilliant. And the #CalvinKlein !!! You are one unique young woman. And you shine bright.

    Is it easy to taxiderm cats? And how much would such a thing cost to have done.

    Every horse has the most kissable lips! The upper one you need to study. Can’t explain because I am not good in English. But everyone who loves horses and has ever shared their lives with some they know that upper stiff lovely lip. Almost a trunk if they want to. There are some muscles there. And then the lighter plump and soft under lip.

    hey! about two months ago one of my chickens passed away and my dad burried her in our backyard, but i would like to dig it out to keep her skull and bones, so i was wondering how long it would take for it to be fully decomposed before i unbury it? if someone knows, let me know!

      If you're somewhere warm, a few months will do it. If it's really rich soil, and fairly warm, maybe a month.

      She has a video talking about her collection, most of them were bought from other people if i remember correctly. The horse she said in this video died of natural causes (it was sick) and she bought the pelt. Still sad, but at least the horse wasn't killed

    Living 40 years with both pets and in nature with wild animals I wish I had the money to do this. Too small eyes. If you ever owned a horse or really spent time with one you would know. Also the mout is in a slightly wrong angle. Not my mutch but it makes a difference.

    • @emmaohr3821
      @emmaohr3821 2 роки тому

      You need to know the animal you try to “bring back to life”! Relaxed horse. More dropped corner of the mouth. Thicker under lip. Bigger eyes. Simple in my mind but surely not easy in practice.
