Howbdo u favyery reset it without using wifi has i have a lead from computer to back of printer and it keeps saying reformat printer.
What about when the printer is not printing at all.. it's not photocopying nor printing

Can you tell us what the blinking envelope icon on the screen means? Printer is connected to wifi but won’t print.
It is like paper issue. Try unplug printer and plug in power after 1 minute. See if that helps.
