Kinda heavy topic as this was post me killing one of my identities that no longer serves the greater good.

Was anxious kid, self improvement for 2 years, ultimate confidence, had friends, had the girl, had the purpose, the mind, the body… Threw an instance i developed insomnia, lost my mind, the girl, the purpose, the body do to chronic fatigue. What should i do?
I don’t fear death/being dead, I fear how my final moments are gonna be, am I gonna be scared or in agony or wishing I had lived a different life or am I gonna die happy and content with the people I love around me and get to leave with a smile on my face.
Great video. Excellent points. But still half way there. Gratitude is a verb. It empties action. It’s an active participle - but who is in the passive? In other words - gratitude to Whom? Follow that, and you get to go home.
