If this Obstagoon was a single strike pokemon, it would actually be extremely good
It still is good man..fr fr..160 or more damage with one energy is too strong for a pokie..even a stage 2 if it were a single strike

@@RaichuAM i think I've modded this list by maybe 2 cards. But the Octillery inteleon combo works well. I added 2 RS Basculin to clean up as a second attacker. I swapped echoing horn and the brawly for them

This deck looks like a lot of fun. After the Galarian Moltres deck yesterday, I'm wondering if that card wouldn't take this deck up another notch-enabling big comebacks against non-Mew decks.

See if I played against ZacV, I'd be using obstagoons first attack 😂. Morpeko from rebel clash has the same attack and I love it

Hello Andrew I yesterday open 100 packs and get 10 v and 2 good trainer cards and gold fire energy
People get so salty lol it’s hilarious when they attack and then concede lmfaooo the salt is so real
I'd probably try to play 2-3 Sableye and switch some trainers around but the build looks like a great starting point.
All the Mew decks have made it easy for control decks. They burn through their resources so fast. Before they know it, their deck is gone.

This won't work most of the time I think. I haven't lost to one of these decks yet. I think the issue people ha e with this deck is there's alot of moving parts and alot to have to think about. And most people just don't think that far ahead. Its not a deck that you can just play the same way every game.

This deck is overused now. I'm starting to hate it. But i can see why its so effective. Glad its stage 2 though, so you can't really evolve that easily even with a thousand rare candies & shady dealings. I'm happy to have won against obstagoon with my regidrago/ heatmor deck video though. 😁

Yes! I'm so glad to see a Stage 2 deck (with a Stage 2 tech, though to be fair everyone plays Inteleon now, Quick Shooting or Shady Dealings). Last one I remember was Solgaleo-GX and Metagross-GX all the way back in SM Base.
Was hype for this card before the set came out, but I was going to make a control deck with altaria or decidueye and both obstagoons.
Silence actually shuts out a lot of pokemon. Many only have 1 attack, or just one "good" attack..
Altaria handles V pokemon, and the other goon stops basics, so between the 3 you can stop a lot actually.
Didn't really expect this card to be good enough to be a straight up attacker though!
Finally, a budget deck!

I'd like to see a list built around FST crabominable V, pretty much the same mechanic as obstagoon but it has a higher energy cost and snowballs

Tbh Crabominable V would be better because it does 90 + 60 more for each damage counter so stacking up pings from zigzagoon and intellion makes it easier to OHKO any Pokémon V and VMax cause all you need is 30-40 damage already done to knock out absolutely any of them unless they have a buff
Only thing to make it bad is that it’s weak to Zamazenta V and Zacian V

Can Obstagoon silence Duraludon VMax’s G-Max Pulverization (This attack’s damage isn’t affected by any effects on your opponent’s opponent’s Active Pokemon)?
The fact that you only post games that you win really kills any sort of suspense you might get from these otherwise close games.

I don't think you can call this a budget deck since it runs the drizzile engine.
Still pretty budget. Especially on ptcgo. They're not expensive at all on there.
a fun thing you can do with this deck is also to stall out the clock infinitely if you have a scoop up net and only 1 pokemon in play lol
