There's a much easier way to get into that building if you ever want to go back. There's a restaurant on the first and second floors (It has a Gen2), and on the second floor there is a hallway that leads to the bathrooms. At the end of that hall way, by the bathrooms, is a fire exit which takes you to the building's service elevator/lift. That's how I got in. It's less risky, too, because you pass by much less cameras.
Whenever I see these service areas, like that area with aircon in and the ladder going up, I always wonder how long I would be able to sleep there before someone noticed! If I'm ever homeless I will definitely look for those sorts of places... One time I was visiting a friend in hospital, and as I didn't want to pay for a hotel (or sleep in the car) I ended up sleeping in an empty basement room after wheeling in one of those beds from the room next door. It was very comfy, and I even had a socket to charge my phone and laptop from!

I was wondering, have you been in lift shaft 1 at Twickenham Stadium? It is a twin lift shaft but I found interesting about these lifts is that it has an open communications system between them and it is on at all times. One can often hear people talking in the other lift!
I have seen a location in croydon where they are in each car behind a locked panel. It looks just like the dispatch panel on the landing. I am not sure if opening the panel in the lift activates independent service or if it is done by switch/key inside. Building maintenance would use it when we needed to take tools and materials around the building.
You won’t believe what I seen a few days ago when I was on holiday, a generic lift with destination dispatch 😂😂 it was so horrible that when I got off it got stuck 😂 cause the lift was quite busy and a person got in it and it went out of service, when I went back later there was an engineer there and turn out when it goes down it it the door roll and pulled the full roller off and had gotten stuck, turn out the lift was being modded by is own company and was not finished, someone came along and turned it on and left it on
I came back a day later and the lift was completely switched if with the outer doors removed and the lift car was free called to the top for room to mod as the top was done, about a week later (I know I said a few days but I was away for 2 weeks) I went back to the lift and was switched on and turns out they must of changed their mind and went for another company or shared both parts during the mod and turns out it turned into a kone destination dispatch, At this point there was only one of the lifts working out of the six so about a day later they turned the fully modded sh- box off until the others where ready. On the day I was leaving they broke a wall down and put a temporary lift there, it was a really small and cheap generic that took a day to build...
And of course, I always ask permission to surf lifts. I mean, look how many lift surfs are on my channel. It is amazing that all those security guards at all these buildings just let me surf the lifts without thinking twice about it!
Yeah you could, but I expect it would be would sitting at the floor and you would just see the inside, or at another floor where once you get on top you can't reach the rollers to get back out.

That Otis Gen2 or 2000 looked strange how it had a different panel from the silver buttons and the buttons from the “cool-looking” indicator.

in all destination dispatch lifts, they all have lift buttons inside the lift, even though you need a key to access them!
Only in the fire lift, and the buttons only work on fire mode. The regular destination dispatch lifts don't have hidden buttons.
