What changed in the New Testament was that we no longer have to sacrifice animals for atonements of sins from Levites in the Aaronic Priesthood. Yashuah is our high priest and we have to go directly to him to atone for our sins YAH made it easy for us by sending his son to be a sacrifical lamb for us. Praise YAH
So does this mean we don't have to eat lamb during Passover? Because the lamb we eat during passover is supposed to be a very specific type of lamb: young male, bones not broken, kill it on a certain day, etc, is that not an animal sacrifice?

During Passover we have to only eat unleavened bread,with bitter herbs,fruits,yogurt and other foods. It's impossible for us to go seek out and rear a lamb that is why we keep it as a memorial of what YAH did for us. Yashuah is our lamb. Thank you for your obedience. I was questioning this after hearing a pastor I respect say the law doesn't matter. I was baffled that this gentleman said that and have been struggling for weeks with that statement. He also stated that the Sabbath was not on the correct day due to the new moon and change of times and laws due to the Romans. Again this Pastor is amazing in his teaching so it left me pretty upset. The school of Hebrews or Church of Philadelphia with Pastor Omar is the only church I've been to in many years. He's genuine and a man of Yah however a few statements have not settled in my heart well.
Most people are lazy and prideful, so when they hear something that requires change and effort, they don't want to hear it. Even though disobedience can in some ways take more effort. The law is important.

3 stumbling blocks I would love for you to address: 1) The dream when Peter saw a bunch of unclean animals and the Lord told Peter, "Arise and eat" is used for justification in my family to eat crab legs and pork. 2) People think Christ fulfilling the law means he abolished it! 3) People think that the church replaced Israel, and so the new Testament is about grace, not the law. These 3 things are the root of the problem!

What was Paul referring to, I mean what changed from the old to the new covenant? For many the Hebrew understanding is that messiah’s sacrifice is the final renewal of the covenant that all of scripture pointed to from Genesis 3:15. So what all changed. In my view all the covenants from Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, finally Jesus/ YAHSHUAH , all them required the shed blood to forgive sin. That is why scripture says the soul that sins it shall die. It says in other scripture that GOD cannot sin . So the only way to permanently forgive sin is for GOD to die in our place. This awesome act of mercy is for all people but is not automatic. Therefore only those who are witnesses to and believe the salvation message have their broken covenant renewed by theMessiah. Again I ask what changed in the new covenant 1 . Animal sacrifice ended. 2.Messiah declared the temple was now desolate, YAH was not there any more. 3. Priest are no longer required as the Holy Spirit was given to teach believers all things, Jn 14:26 4. Col 1:27 “To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the gentiles; which is Christ/ Messiah in you, the hope of glory” , meaning being raised up at the Last Day/ Judgment Day. I have followed your channel for a couple of years on and off. I have been in this walk of Sabbath, Festivals, Dietary laws for 50 years. Your content is phenomenal! A few years ago YHWH revealed to me that we have been decieved by the "lying pen of the scribes". Even Yeshua warned us regarding the "scribes" in Matt. 23. This deception is the simple addition of the word "New" to messiah's words during the "Last Supper". To be specific Messiah NEVER used the words "blood of the "New Covenant*" but only the words "Blood of the Covenant". So examining ancient texts it can be shown the He never mentioned anything about 9inagurating a "New Covenant". The Roman church added "new" to His words to validate, rejecting the Biblical laws, Sabbath, Festivals & Dietary laws relegating them to the "Old Covenant" which they supposed had past! My documentaton is a bit long but I present it here for your review: _______ The False Pen of the Scribes added the word "NEW" to "COVENANT", in Messiah's message at the "Last Supper."He only stated "this is the/my blood of the covenant" One has to remember that there is a warning regarding both the OT, the 1st century, and we can also add that the NT scribes, who cannot always be trusted. This means that our English Bible translations based on the sometimes "doctored Greek and Hebrew translations" were/are "theologicaly driven." Additionally the parties of the New Covenant, Israel and Judah were not there in His presence, to even offer them the New Covenant. Israel was in the diaspora, and the representatives there in Jerusalem, saw to it that he was put to death the next day. You simply need to read all the text of Jer. 31:31 - 34, and ask yourself when have these verses been fulfilled, in the past or present:
In the New Covenant, NO ONE WILL NEED TO BE TAUGHT! Jer. 31:34 text of the New Covenant prophecy is yet unfulfilled. It states: "And they shall ***teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me***" Our Messiah NEVER used the words "New Covenant" in His entire ministry! He never addressed it in a: 1) Sermon 2) Parable 3) Discussed it privately 4) Discussed it publicly 5) Asked His disciples questions about it 6) Mentioned Jer. 31:31 - 34 as being fulfilled 7) He never offered a New Covenant to anyone 8- He never invited anyone to enter into it 9) The mention of it in some later manuscripts, of the Gospels, was not to the "House of Judah, or the House of Israel" the only legal recipients of it. So to summarize: The words "New Covenant" were never used in the Gospels or the Book of Acts. HE never (after examining the texts one will see that) spoke of the "New Covenant" at anytime in His lifetime nor thereafter. Why in his 30+ years of life, and 3 1/2 years of ministry NEVER discussed the "New Covenant"? The 12 Apostles never spoke of the "New Covenant" before or after Messiah's death and resurrection. None of the 12 Apostles ever discussed the "New Covenant" in a 1) Sermon 2) Parable 3) Discussed it privately 4) Discussed it publicly 5) Asked each other about it 6) Mentioned Jer. 31:31 - 34 as being fulfilled 7) They never offered a New Covenant to anyone 8 ) They never invited anyone to enter into it Because HE never spoke of it. If He had, then the Apostles were DISOBEDIENT to His command to "teach whatsoever I commanded" Matt. 28:20., since they never spoke of the arrival of the New Covenant, and never told anyone they had entered it. Why do you think we NEVER hear of the New Covenant in the Book of Acts, especially on the day of Pentecost, throughout the book of Acts? In Romans 11 we read the YHWH's covenant with Israel and Judah, was yet to be inagurated even after "the cross", after Pentecost, and after Paul's day, and it has not been inagurated yet in our day, it is yet FUTURE: Rom. 11:26 - 28 26 And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The Deliverer will come from Zion; He will remove godlessness from Jacob. 27And this is ***My covenant*** with them when I take away their sins.” 28 Regarding the gospel, they are enemies on your account; but regarding election, they are loved on account of the patriarchs.… ----------------- Consider the following, if only the groom shows up on the wedding day at the ceremony, and the bride, stays away, and never shows up, can you claim that a "marriage covenant" was made with only one party, the groom, being willing to make the covenant, but the bride is not there? Jesus did not make a covenant with either the House of Judah nor the House of Israel, either when He was here nor at any time thereafter. Comments welcome!

For your initial salvation... One must realize that salvation is an ongoing process, and if a sin is revealed that you were unaware of, and you continue in that sin, you are no longer considered "saved.' Remember, "Sin is LAWlessness." (1Jn 3:4) and Yahshua had some very concerning words for those (even those who do wonders in His Name!) who work Lawlessness: “I never knew you, depart from Me, you who work lawlessness!" (Matt 7:23)

What you said in this video about Biblical role models it was a deep topic that you had mentioned because I remember as a child when I would get anointed and prayed over people would often show enthusiasm when I told them my name and it really blessed and encouraged me. Not having read the word much though I didn’t know much about him except that he was known for giving a good report w Joshua. When I actually read the word for myself I felt convicted that I had to really live up to that name because that man was out there killing giants that were larger than Goliath. The Torah really is a sacred gift that will help us find the intimacy w Yah that we’ve been stripped of from religion. Let them. Legalistic means to adhere excessively to law or formula. Which is what Yahuah tells us to do. I would even say He's the ultimate legalist. When we really think about what the opposite of Legalistic is, that would be Licentiousness, which is lawlessness. When you think about who makes this term a 'bad' word it's usually religious people who are lawless themselves and are too proud to recognize their lawlessness according to scripture.
This was sooooo timely Ron! I met these tare christians who met me when I was in a vulnerable place. I thought they “knew” the word enough that I could learn yet discern through the false doctrines but I fooled myself. They said exactly what you said, “but Jesus made a new covenant we don’t keep the old”. Ive asked the salvation question numerous times in multiple videos with no answer from you so i have come to that conclusion. As I said in a previous video I hope by the end of the series you provide us with a real list of the laws we must follow. In regards to Malachi 3:6 "Yahuah does not change" that needs to be examined further. What exactly does that mean..Is that speaking about his characteristics? We can say Yahuah is always righteous which is a permanent characteristic but what about "changing" his mind or "changing things" I mean there was a "change" when Yahusha was sacrificed right? Meaning we no longer do animal sacrifices because of that. So there was a "change" or what about when Yahuah had decided to destroy his ppl for worshiping the golden calf and moses intervened and Yahuah "changed" his mind and did not destroy them all. Exodus 32:11-14 proving that If you plead to Yahuah about something he may "change" his mind. So back to Malachi when it says Yah does not change it probably means he never changes who he is, meaning is characteristics...

@@brianjohnson727I think the problem you're having is that You're looking at the law as this list of things you must do in order to be saved. That's not how this goes. You must read your Bible daily and build a relationship with The Most High & Messiah. The more you read, the more they will communicate with you and grow your faith. Once your love grows for the Most High you will be changed & transformed to want to follow each commandment as you're convicted by the Ruach/Holy Spirit. It's the love for them that keeps the commandments. Not looking and checking the list. This is why we are saved by faith because you have truly built a relationship to walk as the Messiah walked. During Passover we have to only eat unleavened bread,with bitter herbs,fruits,yogurt and other foods. It's impossible for us to go seek out and rear a lamb that is why we keep it as a memorial of what YAH did for us. Yashuah is our lamb.

We in this dispensation of time are commemorating the Passover not celebrating it. So, if you choose to eat lamb on the Passover it is show reverence not to celebrate.

Thank you for your obedience. I was questioning this after hearing a pastor I respect say the law doesn't matter. I was baffled that this gentleman said that and have been struggling for weeks with that statement. He also stated that the Sabbath was not on the correct day due to the new moon and change of times and laws due to the Romans. Again this Pastor is amazing in his teaching so it left me pretty upset. The school of Hebrews or Church of Philadelphia with Pastor Omar is the only church I've been to in many years. He's genuine and a man of Yah however a few statements have not settled in my heart well.
Most people are lazy and prideful, so when they hear something that requires change and effort, they don't want to hear it. Even though disobedience can in some ways take more effort. The law is important.

3 stumbling blocks I would love for you to address: 1) The dream when Peter saw a bunch of unclean animals and the Lord told Peter, "Arise and eat" is used for justification in my family to eat crab legs and pork. 2) People think Christ fulfilling the law means he abolished it! 3) People think that the church replaced Israel, and so the new Testament is about grace, not the law. These 3 things are the root of the problem!

Heb 8:13 “In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.”
What was Paul referring to, I mean what changed from the old to the new covenant? For many the Hebrew understanding is that messiah’s sacrifice is the final renewal of the covenant that all of scripture pointed to from Genesis 3:15.
So what all changed. In my view all the covenants from Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, finally Jesus/ YAHSHUAH , all them required the
shed blood to forgive sin. That is why scripture says the soul that sins it shall die. It says in other scripture that GOD cannot sin . So the only way to permanently forgive sin is for GOD to die in our place. This awesome act of mercy is for all people but is not automatic. Therefore only those who are witnesses to and believe the salvation message have their broken covenant renewed by theMessiah.
Again I ask what changed in the new covenant
1 . Animal sacrifice ended.
2.Messiah declared the temple was now desolate, YAH was not there any more.
3. Priest are no longer required as the Holy Spirit was given to teach believers all things, Jn 14:26
4. Col 1:27 “To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the gentiles; which is Christ/ Messiah in you, the hope of glory” , meaning being raised up at the Last Day/ Judgment Day. Amein

I have followed your channel for a couple of years on and off. I have been in this walk of Sabbath, Festivals, Dietary laws for 50 years. Your content is phenomenal! A few years ago YHWH revealed to me that we have been decieved by the "lying pen of the scribes". Even Yeshua warned us regarding the
"scribes" in Matt. 23. This deception is the simple addition of the word "New" to messiah's words during the "Last Supper". To be specific Messiah NEVER used the words "blood of the "New Covenant*" but only the words "Blood of the Covenant". So examining ancient texts it can be shown the He never mentioned anything about 9inagurating a "New Covenant". The Roman church added "new" to His words to validate, rejecting the Biblical laws, Sabbath, Festivals & Dietary laws relegating them to the "Old Covenant" which they supposed had past! My documentaton is a bit long but I present it here for your review:

The False Pen of the Scribes added the word "NEW" to "COVENANT", in Messiah's message at the "Last Supper."He only stated "this is the/my blood of the covenant"
One has to remember that there is a warning regarding both the OT, the 1st century, and we can also add that the NT scribes, who cannot always be trusted. This means that our English Bible translations based on the sometimes "doctored Greek and Hebrew translations" were/are "theologicaly driven."
Additionally the parties of the New Covenant, Israel and Judah were not there in His presence, to even offer them the New Covenant. Israel was in the diaspora, and the representatives there in Jerusalem, saw to it that he was put to death the next day.
You simply need to read all the text of Jer. 31:31 - 34, and ask yourself when have these verses been fulfilled, in the past or present:
In the New Covenant, NO ONE WILL NEED TO BE TAUGHT!
Jer. 31:34 text of the New Covenant prophecy is yet unfulfilled. It states:
"And they shall ***teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me***"
Our Messiah NEVER used the words "New Covenant" in His entire ministry!
He never addressed it in a:
1) Sermon
2) Parable
3) Discussed it privately
4) Discussed it publicly
5) Asked His disciples questions about it
6) Mentioned Jer. 31:31 - 34 as being fulfilled
7) He never offered a New Covenant to anyone
8- He never invited anyone to enter into it
9) The mention of it in some later manuscripts, of the Gospels, was not to the "House of Judah, or the House of Israel" the only legal recipients of it.
So to summarize:
The words "New Covenant" were never used in the Gospels or the Book of Acts.
HE never (after examining the texts one will see that) spoke of the "New Covenant" at anytime in His lifetime nor thereafter.
Why in his 30+ years of life, and 3 1/2 years of ministry NEVER discussed the "New Covenant"?
The 12 Apostles never spoke of the "New Covenant" before or after Messiah's death and resurrection.
None of the 12 Apostles ever discussed the "New Covenant" in a
1) Sermon
2) Parable
3) Discussed it privately
4) Discussed it publicly
5) Asked each other about it
6) Mentioned Jer. 31:31 - 34 as being fulfilled
7) They never offered a New Covenant to anyone
8 ) They never invited anyone to enter into it
Because HE never spoke of it. If He had, then the Apostles were DISOBEDIENT to His command to "teach whatsoever I commanded" Matt. 28:20., since they never spoke of the arrival of the New Covenant, and never told anyone they had entered it.
Why do you think we NEVER hear of the New Covenant in the Book of Acts, especially on the day of Pentecost, throughout the book of Acts?
In Romans 11 we read the YHWH's covenant with Israel and Judah, was yet to be inagurated even after "the cross", after Pentecost, and after Paul's day, and it has not been inagurated yet in our day, it is yet FUTURE:
Rom. 11:26 - 28
26 And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The Deliverer will come from Zion; He will remove godlessness from Jacob.
27And this is ***My covenant*** with them when I take away their sins.”
28 Regarding the gospel, they are enemies on your account; but regarding election, they are loved on account of the patriarchs.…

Consider the following, if only the groom shows up on the wedding day at the ceremony, and the bride, stays away, and never shows up, can you claim that a "marriage covenant" was made with only one party, the groom, being willing to make the covenant, but the bride is not there?
Jesus did not make a covenant with either the House of Judah nor the House of Israel, either when He was here nor at any time thereafter.

For your initial salvation...
One must realize that salvation is an ongoing process, and if a sin is revealed that you were unaware of, and you continue in that sin, you are no longer considered "saved.'
Remember, "Sin is LAWlessness." (1Jn 3:4) and Yahshua had some very concerning words for those (even those who do wonders in His Name!) who work Lawlessness:
“I never knew you, depart from Me, you who work lawlessness!" (Matt 7:23)

I have to confess that I’ve come to my understanding that one of my greatest weaknesses in my faith has been a disconnect from the Torah being it was only taught to me half way and it hasn’t been until Yah has been working through you to bring these revelations that I’ve been seeing many flaws I didn’t truly understand I possessed.
What you said in this video about Biblical role models it was a deep topic that you had mentioned because I remember as a child when I would get anointed and prayed over people would often show enthusiasm when I told them my name and it really blessed and encouraged me. Not having read the word much though I didn’t know much about him except that he was known for giving a good report w Joshua. When I actually read the word for myself I felt convicted that I had to really live up to that name because that man was out there killing giants that were larger than Goliath.
The Torah really is a sacred gift that will help us find the intimacy w Yah that we’ve been stripped of from religion. On top of that it’s our only way of reconnecting with our true heritage as opposed to our Babylonian/ Egyptian slave culture 🙏🏾

Let them. Legalistic means to adhere excessively to law or formula. Which is what Yahuah tells us to do. I would even say He's the ultimate legalist. When we really think about what the opposite of Legalistic is, that would be Licentiousness, which is lawlessness.
When you think about who makes this term a 'bad' word it's usually religious people who are lawless themselves and are too proud to recognize their lawlessness according to scripture.

This was sooooo timely Ron! I met these tare christians who met me when I was in a vulnerable place. I thought they “knew” the word enough that I could learn yet discern through the false doctrines but I fooled myself. They said exactly what you said, “but Jesus made a new covenant we don’t keep the old”. Once I got rid of them, the Ruach lead me to Romans + Galatians to read through about the Torah, and I was at the is moment of “do we keep the Torah then? I’m so confused”. Cause the way it’s written you CAN THINK it’s cancelled. So I’m very grateful you continue to step up, and show up for us with this kind of Yahuah Education, so that we aren’t lead astray into false doctrines. Alright so what your saying is we must keep the law to be saved. Period.
Ive asked the salvation question numerous times in multiple videos with no answer from you so i have come to that conclusion. As I said in a previous video I hope by the end of the series you provide us with a real list of the laws we must follow.
In regards to Malachi 3:6 "Yahuah does not change" that needs to be examined further. What exactly does that mean..Is that speaking about his characteristics?
We can say Yahuah is always righteous which is a permanent characteristic but what about "changing" his mind or "changing things" I mean there was a "change" when Yahusha was sacrificed right? Meaning we no longer do animal sacrifices because of that. So there was a "change" or what about when Yahuah had decided to destroy his ppl for worshiping the golden calf and moses intervened and Yahuah "changed" his mind and did not destroy them all. Exodus 32:11-14 proving that If you plead to Yahuah about something he may "change" his mind. So back to Malachi when it says Yah does not change it probably means he never changes who he is, meaning is characteristics...
He never said that you must keep the law to be saved; he always emphasized that we don’t keep the law to justify ourselves. We keep the law because we love Him. John 14:15 - ‘If you love me, keep my commandments.’”

@@brianjohnson727I think the problem you're having is that You're looking at the law as this list of things you must do in order to be saved. That's not how this goes. You must read your Bible daily and build a relationship with The Most High & Messiah. The more you read, the more they will communicate with you and grow your faith. Once your love grows for the Most High you will be changed & transformed to want to follow each commandment as you're convicted by the Ruach/Holy Spirit. It's the love for them that keeps the commandments. Not looking and checking the list. This is why we are saved by faith because you have truly built a relationship to walk as the Messiah walked. It's a journey, not a marathon
