    That deadlift spotter is there just in case you pass out falling back or forward. Or just plain fall back if your grip let's out

      Jordan’s been lifting for two decades, he’s well aware of the role of the spotter. His point is that the spotter really doesn’t need to be that close to perform his duty. Not only that, I’ve never seen anyone fall forward in a way that could’ve been prevented by the rear spotter in any meaningful capacity.

    i'm surprised PB III is the programming you used. I would've thought you were well beyond that programming setup given how long you've been training.
    in any case, congrats on the PR. your 3rd attempt on bench only looked like RPE 9, maybe even 8.5

    What is the point of running a hypertrophy I template for you? That doesn't seem likely to have enough hypertrophy for you to grow...
    Would it not be better for your motocross to increase the conditioning even further and train with the minimum volume need to maintain your muscle?
