- The FINIC Generation 4 (G4) Palm Oil Mill is comprised of the following equipment:
1) A Palm Fruit Thresher of new design not seen before in the world. It has capacity to thresh 2 tons of palm fruits bunches per hour. It does not only thresh but also removes 95% of the chaff. It is highly effective.
2) Three Sterilizers each with the batch capacity of 450kg of loose fruits. For the good improved variety like the Tenera, 33% of that weight is oil. The batch content of the three, will yield 446 litres (2.2 drums) of clean palm oil. Turning over 3 batches of the 3 in a day, will give a total of 1,3387 litres (6.6 drums) of clean palm oil. In 30 operational days a total of 198 drums ( 39,600 litres) will be processed.
3) One palm fruits digester with capacity of 1.5 tons of loose fruits per hour. Take note that, the Digester can be replaced with a palm oil press depending on the need of the client.
4) A settling tank that reduces the water content in the sludge prior to it's being introduced to the clarifier. Please note that the settling tank was not included in this video and that it can be made of cement.
5) A batch Clarifier of 1,000 litres.

Good morning please I have been following your videos for sometime now, please what will it cost me for a complete 5 to 10 tone capacity
I want to set up a palm oil mill and palm kernel oil unit. How much for an oil mill that can process 5 tons per hour, it should be automatic. how much for a palm kernel cracker and separator? And how much for palm kernel oil production unit and palm kernel oil treatment machines. How many people can work in a factory that has all three components.

The thresher seems nice and compact. What's the capacity, pls? How about installing an inclined screw conveyor between the chute of the thresher and the inlet hopper of the milling machine, thereby reducing manual handling? Just thinking
Good suggestions. We thought about that before but we are targeting those at the bottom of the poverty pyramid. They are the majority. Remember where we have taken them from ! Cutting the thorny spikes with aks or machetes and then followed by painstaking hand pickng. This is many, many, times less drudgery ridden.
If you want it in a future order you might want to place, we can do it for you. Simple to achieve but costly.

What's the source of your heating, charcoal or firewood
The heat source is from empty palm bunches. Wood can also be used but is not good for our enviroment.

1 set of of the G4 FINIC Palm Oil Mill cost is $15,000. A set is comprised of 1 thresher, 3 sterilizers, 1 settling tank, 1 Digester and 1 clarifier.
The cost does not include shipment but it does include flight ticket of the Technician to conduct the installation

@@olukayodefadina9223 Yes indeed. We have an outfit in Nigeria. Except for the Digester, all the rest can be gotten in Nigeria at our outfit in Abuja. The Digester will be supplied from Ghana.
We can send a Technician .to supervise the installation. We are about to install one set in Enugu for which the Technician is already in Nigeria.

and you do not extract the oil from the nuts/seed ??
This machine does not do that. To get the oil from the nuts, you.need to crack them first, separate the shells and use the palm kernel.oil press to extract the oil. FINIC also manufactures them.
