FINIC Invented Vertical Palm Oil Press in Operation at the CREATE Centre No.2 in Rokoray Village

This machine is an invention of FINIC. Patent is pending.
The equipment is designed and constructed by FINIC to expell palm oil from loose and boiled palm fruits at the rate of 1.5 tons (1,500kg) per hour. For the improved variety, there will be 30% of palm oil content in that quantity amounting to 450 liters. Therefore, in every operational hour, press liquor containing 450 liters (2.25 drums each of 200 liters) of palm oil will be expelled.
Next will be the introduction of the press liquor into a clarifier which equipment will separate the palm oil from the water and other impurities.
The invention is indeed unique for 3 reasons:
1) The machine is made to be vertical to aid feeding through gravitational means.
2) It is super effective
3) It separates the pressed sludge/liquor in a unique way never seen before.
it is powered by a Diesel engine of 20 Horse Power but can also be powered electrically by an electric motor of equal power.
For clients that can afford, the machine can be equipped with a conveyor or transfer screw to effect feeding with ease.
