Primo Water Dispenser - Fix No Cold Water - Replace Starter Relay

My Primo water cooler (model 601144) stopped cooling the water. I was able to fix it by replacing the starter relay over load protector (model ZHB60-120P4.7). Pretty easy DIY repair that'll save you over $200.

Yeah seems like a common issue for all water coolers. Not sure why they fail

Thanks for saying to check the part. Mine was different: QP2-4R7 start relay. The overload protector that came with it was different, but looked identical to the : DRB27N61A1; although it didn’t resolve my issue. I wonder if that part has to be the same as well? Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I tried, but the compressor won’t kick on. Still no cold water.

Ah sorry to hear that. Maybe you need a new overload protector. You can check the wires going to the starter relay for power too with a multimeter
