The VA delivered that line super well. Hell, Rokurou's VA did a superb job with all his lines throughout the game.

It'd say it's more like Velvet and Eizen are co-leaders? Because at least once they come to trust each other it's *always* those two who keep on butting heads about what to do next, or what *not* to do next, and they both win at a fairly even rate. As for everybody else: Eleanor is conflicted as hell but is trying her best to honor her promise and play along, Magilou sincerely couldn't give less of a fuck about most of the campaign if she tried, Rokurou also doesn't give that much of a fuck about what they're doing but like in a good, healthy, chill way instead, and Phi is more or less content to go along with everything because he loves everybody (the one time he has an objection, it's to cockblock a suicidal Velvet, and, hey! look! Eizen's right there with him doing the thing again. Daww).

where do you access the skits?

Chris You can access the skits by going to the Add-ons option on the "Main Menu" where it has the options "New Game, Continue, etc." Also, I think you have to download the DLC costumes in order to get the skits.
