- For Alex Delany, eating at J.G. Melon is a religious experience. Going there once a week was his version of going to church. Well, now he's back and this time he's there to try one bite of everything on the menu at this most hallowed of grounds. Plus, he's joined by the singular Brad Leone, who is definitely not there just for the free meal.

Pretty sure the bill comes out cheaper due to the publicity and new customers.
I did the really rough math rounding up and down. the full menu is about $513, without tax. Not everything was doubles, but I'd say they easily spent just over $1,000 when you throw in tax and drinks.

partyinthetardis I’m pretty sure everything is comped. This is basically a 15 minute advertisement for the restaurant that reaches millions of viewers. It’s like nba games, the celebrities you see in the front row get their seats comped bc they’re advertise the trendiness of the team for them.

How do they create such consistent, high quality content. It's been a welcome surprise discovering that Bon Appetit might have the best overall UA-cam channel.
Well this concept was popularized by other large youtuve channels. So I guess inspiration helps alot
