Honestly speaking I did n't your question. However, will try to answer. As far as I understand your question its about comparison between paid ads and organic search result. Paid ads help advertisers to show their products/services Instantly on first page of search engine as per the user's related query. This result could be visible without paid ads too, if advertiser has patience and is ready to wait for min. 4 to 6 months to highlight same query result.

CPA marketing is just a advertising model of the digital marketing. In digital marketing, we have different payment model like CPC, CPV, CPM & CPA. All of them are different so, when you are using CPC then you can say it CPC marketing & when your bidding method is CPA then it would be called CPA marketing. So as per your bidding method you can name it as a separate marketing but it always comes under digital marketing.
