Great video Afzal! Everything was spot on. Recently got a distribution role for UBS AM right out of college and the pay is certainly great and good hours too.
Very good explanation. I alao think one needs to understand the basic and have a primary knowledge of the plan he or she want to engage in , in order to secure a good future on must make appropriate plans today and dedicate time to it ,nice stuff
With the high cost of living today I don't think the value of crypto will ever fall and investment will always play a significant role, In order to secure a good future and a better living ahead one must understand the importance of it and how valuable these can be tomorrow, therefore it is very important one take up investments seriously and with the aim of making profit. Where one finds challenges, research, reading of journal, professional advice can be useful too.
Crypto has become a valuable part of the human existence. And in today's world, investment has added so much to the standard of living of the populace. So having a proper preliminary knowledge of these plans is very important. Having a professional tutoring is by far the best option, speaking personally. It gives a proper understanding of these plans.
Choosing to go into crypto investment was a staggering decision for me. This was because I didn't have any knowledge of it, and finding the proper tutoring was a problem. This situation changed when I crossed part with Jason Herman Pierce. Gaining basic knowledge on investment could not be any easier. Today I am comfortably placed in the world of investment, all thanks to him.
But crypto investment is not the only kind of investment there is, and besides this video focuses on asset management. And the truth is, one's asset, when mismanaged could be detrimental to one's financial enhancement. Even as a crypto investor.
Well.... I was speaking from a personal view. Crypto investment was an interest to me, so that was my focus. But undisputedly asset management is paramount too.
Asset management got me where I am today. Indeed it takes patience to get rewards and with the right institute it is highly remunerative.
I agree with you luke, indeed patience is always required. We never stop learning when it comes to the market.

Hi Afzal! You have talked about hours worked inside an investment bank and about work life balance in your videos. As you said, I am also a person that values time more than money. However, I also like a lot working with clients (as in asset management). Hence, is there any chance to secure a job for example in asset management with "normal" working hours (example: 9am to 6 pm)? if yes, what could be the possible alternatives? (example: different companies, roles, etc..).
I am aware that a possible alternative would mean lower wages than an asset management job in an investment bank going from 8am to 8pm, but at least it would be possible to have a life outside the job context. Thank you!!
