Fantastic to see exciting projects like this and hopefully it provides many millions of Egyptians with a better quality of life, education and work in the future. It is really great to see Egypt's development and I wish them the best. That said, their reputation abroad in regard to human rights abuses will have to be improved if they wish to attract greater numbers of tourists. Particularly there is perception that Egypt is a dangerous place for women to travel. Serious reform into policy on gender based assault would remedy this and improve the tourism economy of Egypt as well as improve the lives of Egyptians.
Wow! Thank you for this valuable video. I am myself from Mansoura city, and it is so pleasurable to watch video about the New Mansoura city project. I feel so proud for I have been introducing about my city to many foreigners I have dealt with throughout my life. Unfortunalty, most foreigners don't know much about cities in Egypt except only Cairo, Alex, Luxor, Sharm El Sheikh, and that's it. So, it always seem like that I am one of the first representatives of my city. I had invited already some friends to visit the city and they liked it and were happy with their visit and it has added a new experience to them.
I love this and as an Egyptian I am really happy to know that people actually care about what we’re doing because lately it hasn’t been the best it has ever been in Egypt but it’s changing❤️
I wish they build them outside the green look google map of nile's delta, furthermore they use desalination sea water, not a nearby fresh nile water. I wish the new cities can add new green spots in the desert
@Omer V Surprisingly enough, there is actually medical tourism to the USA. It’s not necessarily about money, but here we offer some experimental treatments and medications that people who have tried literally all other options will come here for, if they can’t get something comparable in their country.
This is only costing $4 billion, this seems unimaginably cheap, the equivalent amount of money in Europe could probably fund the construction of perhaps one mid size town..
The Egyptian army is the one who builds most of these cities with its own equipment, and sometimes soldiers work there after completing the engineering school

It is really great to see Egypt's development and I wish them the best. That said, their reputation abroad in regard to human rights abuses will have to be improved if they wish to attract greater numbers of tourists. Particularly there is perception that Egypt is a dangerous place for women to travel. Serious reform into policy on gender based assault would remedy this and improve the tourism economy of Egypt as well as improve the lives of Egyptians.

I am myself from Mansoura city, and it is so pleasurable to watch video about the New Mansoura city project.
I feel so proud for I have been introducing about my city to many foreigners I have dealt with throughout my life.
Unfortunalty, most foreigners don't know much about cities in Egypt except only Cairo, Alex, Luxor, Sharm El Sheikh, and that's it.
So, it always seem like that I am one of the first representatives of my city.
I had invited already some friends to visit the city and they liked it and were happy with their visit and it has added a new experience to them.
I love this and as an Egyptian I am really happy to know that people actually care about what we’re doing because lately it hasn’t been the best it has ever been in Egypt but it’s changing❤️
I wish they build them outside the green look google map of nile's delta, furthermore they use desalination sea water, not a nearby fresh nile water.

Surprisingly enough, there is actually medical tourism to the USA. It’s not necessarily about money, but here we offer some experimental treatments and medications that people who have tried literally all other options will come here for, if they can’t get something comparable in their country.

This is only costing $4 billion, this seems unimaginably cheap, the equivalent amount of money in Europe could probably fund the construction of perhaps one mid size town..
Cheap labour, Egypt produces and exports cement, iron , ceramics and fiberglass , and many other building materials,
Egypt's labor costs are low and it also has a high-quality engineering education.

probably because the land itself is owned by the state not by private entities.
The Egyptian army is the one who builds most of these cities with its own equipment, and sometimes soldiers work there after completing the engineering school
