  • Here are the results and stats of the hardest 3 months of my life. Thanks and no thanks to bodybuilding dot com (Don't buy their BS hyped up placebo supplements, just get protein isolate in bulk from BULKFIT.NET and get flavorless or vanilla and mix it into smoothies (get a blender) you can put cereal and oats into it if you need carbs too)). Very few supplements are worth a damn. Just go with BCAA's, Creatine, Nootropics, Cholinergenics, and Micronutrients (Vitamins), but get them at BULKFIT.NET

      +John Miller (John Miller Lifting) Thanks brother. Strength didn't really go up during these 3 months on any of my lifts, but it didn't go down either and that's key, and I did more time under tension bodybuilding stuff and did end up more swole. Especially going back to normal eating my glycogen is refilled and my arms went from 17 to 17.25" like immediately: drive.google.com/file/d/0B3OyeHvNd-TgYnRzakNSUWdxMUE/view?usp=sharing

      thanks bro, subscribe I'm planning on doing a 12 week bulk and film every day, I'm going to do triple progression and train every muscle 3 x a week because I realized the old once a week program is why my progress has been stalling, my body has been conditioned to it after 3 years. The main goal is to get that 7th plate on deadlift (675)

      +pbhenry3 thanks, I did my best and that was by far the hardest 3 months of my life. For real if I had to choose between doing that all again and going to jail for 3 months, the jail would be the easy choice.

      +pbhenry3 Even though I'd probably still be hungry in jail, just not THAT hungry.

    Good job on the transformation, but this is NOT 6% bodyfat... Not even close

    hey what was your meal plans like??

    • @AlexWolstencroft
      @AlexWolstencroft  7 років тому +1

      I kind of did IIFYM and basically did cheat meals but counted every single calorie and made sure I was in a daily deficit of 1500 - 2000 calories per day, but that was also achieved by 3 hours of walking per day and hill sprinting as well. Half my calories were from 3 protein isolate shakes per day, morning one with milk, other 2 with just water, and aside from that I tried to keep most of the carbs around the workouts and fasted basically from around 3 pm to midnight or else I wouldn't be able to sleep because of the hunger. I don't recommend cutting this fast though, especially not for a BS rigged fake contest. Do it slower over like 6 months if you're starting at 15-20% bodyfat and longer if over 20. You might have to be a little bit hungry, keep protein up, try to maintain strength so don't do any 20 rep bullshit, stay in the strength power range of 1-12 max reps, try HIIT cardio and LISS and see which you prefer or do both. I'm on a bulk now and I'm getting a ton of calories from smoothies using yogurt, frozen fruit, oats, peanut butter, and protein isolate, so you can try that and you got 1000 calories per shake.

    We can tell you had a lot of muscles under that fat, that's why u lost. looks more like a cut after a bulk

      Note the irony in that and the name of the company.

      I was thinking the contest was for regular type people, u look more like a pro at it. Maybe I'm wording it wronge, how much was the prize

    • @AlexWolstencroft
      @AlexWolstencroft  7 років тому

      Learnzz $100,000 supposedly, they could have faked it.
