- I'm still working on these little heart shaped journals but I'm nearly finished. Have you ever notices how difficult is can be to add hearts to journals? Today I'm hoping to give you a few ideas of ways to incorporate them. Have a wonderful day and stay warm in this crazy weather we're having! 💕

Thank you, Beverly! I often create more work for myself than I think it’s going to be. Somehow I’m not learning from that mistake. I’ve been working this morning to finish the covers. They turned out really pretty but it has taken all morning and a little bit of yesterday. It is fun though so I’m not complaining. 😁 TFW 🩷
I found it fascinating to see different types of things you can use for craft cutting paper with hearts. You have a wonderful way of choosing coordinating paper and layering. The quilted heart stamp reminds me of holly hobbie. ❤Nice to watch and listen, while I learn and try out, my new die cut machine. 😊 Keep snug and warm with all that snow!

Love that you are making a journal out of hearts. Can't wait to see these completed. So clever. You have snow, and we are having rain, rain, rain. Sitting at my craft desk, looking out the window watching it pour down. I may have to build a boat to stay afloat.😁🤣
Hello! These have been fun and I do enjoy making ring bound journals. We switched over to rain yesterday and that made for some interesting driving on the roads with compact snow. Very scary for people who have to get to work and school. Have you started working on your boat yet or has your rain stopped? ❤️

We got snow and now it’s rain. What a mess! I guess that is what winter does and I do live where winter happens so I should just like it, shouldn’t I!? These have been fun and I’m making three so hopefully I’ll get one right! 😂😂

Oh Sherry, that’s awful. Wintertime is beautiful but really not fun unless maybe you’re under 12 years of age or you like to ski. Otherwise, not fun at all. I hope you’re able to get out and about soon and that it warms up and melts. 🩷

Love this! At time stamp 18:04 - how did you achieve the wavy edge of the backing heart? Love how organic it looks.
Thank you! The stamp itself has a sort of wavy design on the edge so I cut it out trying to follow the design then I glued it onto card stock and followed it again with my scissors. I hope that make sense. TFW ❤️
