The green crocs are a nice touch. They highlight your fashion sense.
Robert is interesting. He does not believe anyone should do straight bar deadlifts because how they put the body out of alignment.
He is an advocate of trap bar and deadlift bar deadlifting as your hands are in a neutral grip and back in line with your body.

Jesus Christ saved my life he can save yours to. No body is perfect we all have sinned fallen short of the glory of God, except Jesus Christ. So he was the perfect sacrifice for the world and he became that sacrifice. So that we can be perfect in God’s eyes all we need to do is. Repent from our sinful wicked ways and surrender our life’s to him. Jesus Christ. Repent meaning acknowledge and forsake your sins. Know you have sinned and know you are not good in God’s eyes. (Until you accept his gift of salvation. You will be seen perfect in his eyes because Jesus Christ paid the price.)Forsake meaning do not sin. (You may stumble but just rely on the Lord he’s got you in Jesus name.) We have to be clean and filled with the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ said we must be born again of the spirit to enter The Kingdom of Heaven. (John 3:3) !
God bless you all. I love you all may you all find Jesus Christ as your Lord Savior .

I love that Shaw has always been this humble giant of a man. I mean don't get me wrong, Oberst is just as much as Shaw is but Shaw just has that charisma turned up to 11 all the time. And then Eddie in the middle of the two holds his own and has become this big jokester as well. Three great guys overall and I can only imagine the adjustments these guys needed over their long years of weights and pushing.

I'm still in constant pain because of the hardware for my back. 8 screws with a cage. I also have Radiculopathy so I have pain that runs down my legs. I also have an issue with my neck. Last but not least, my SI joints are unstable so every morning, I have lay on my floor and move my hips side to side to relieve some of the pain. Do you think an adjusted would do any good or make things worse? Thank you Sir!

Am such a fan, am printing a huge poster at minute 2:07 and hanging it in my gym. If Mr. Shaw can do it so can I.

what are the proper search terms to find an advanced chiropractor like this gentleman (with the heavy tools to assist)? I have extremely tense muscles that my mate uses her elbows and body weight just to loosen me up even a little and I tend to be extremely flexible possibly double-jointed. She remarks/jokes that it feels like my muscles are always in full tension like I'm working the muscle/charlie-horse; shoulders, back, legs.
I just want to feel better for a week or a day even. Consistent pain in shoulders and back for years; just want a break, a taste of normalcy for a moment in time. I don't care how much the session hurts if I have some relief. I've given up on feeling better but still tease myself with these videos. Its been years of daily pain and tension.
