Method 4: Perform a Factory Reset ( Warning: This will erase all data) Press and hold the Volume down and Power buttons simultaneously until your phone restarts. Release the Power button but keep holding the Volume down button. Use the Volume down button to navigate to the "Wipe data/factory reset" option and press the Power button to select it. Follow the prompts to complete the factory reset. Important: Before performing a factory reset, make sure you've backed up your important data, such as contacts, photos, and apps, to a cloud service like Google Drive, Samsung Cloud, or a computer. Remember to set up a new screen lock and make sure to remember it this time! If you're still having trouble, feel free to ask, and I'll do my best to assist you.

@@WebproeducationOrgTechnology a friend helped me and got it reset. But it had to be Conected to a computer when you pushed the buttons. The fingerprint wont help after a restart

So this is basically a hard reset of Galaxy S23. I think you still need your Google account to avoid or discourage phone theft.
