If you forgotten you mobile lock screen password then you will have to factory reset your device to use your mobile again.

It took 5 times but it worked. Then I had it fight with Google to get into my account cause my phone was still locked. I hope you can make a video of dealing with the second level of security from Google cause my phone carrier nor Samsung could help.

No, they can get into the phone after erasing it. No one can access your information unless they guess the password right. For example 0000 or 1234 etc.
