White walls would look good on that rather handsome bike. I would really want rear suspension -- and a 52V battery, 1000W nominal motor. And with that power, 4" tires In all it's a bit too casual for me. Definitely good-looking, though. I would definitely check them out if they relwased a more aggressive moped-style bike. As for customization, Spark Cycle Works does offer quite a bit with their _Bandit_ bike. Different class of bike, though.
I just bought the model j couple months ago, got another one coming this week with the three batteries so I excited for, the customization on the bike are great, exactly what you said in the videos with the cons, my gripe is also the tech, I would like it even more if the bike was already in top speed for the full throttle, I got used to the terms and conditions on the lcd, it’s actually a pretty decent safety feature as well if someone is trying to steal the bike.
Hi, nice vid. I just bought mine a month ago. I'm sorry, but I seem to can't find if you changed the class to class 3 to get to 28mph w/peddle assist? If you did change it to class 3, what is the top speed you're getting without peddle assist?
I like these bike but 😂 the price starts to go way up after you add a few things reminds me of a 70s girls bike I'm looking at a goat bike they are taking pre orders now
@@ChrisCrossed I see .. Well I'm really liking this Goat bike..Billy Goat or whatever.. Looks nice and 40 plus mph. I might consider that one all though I don't really like moped style bikes. 50 amp controller with a 60 Volt system .. That seems excitingly tempting .

Enjoy it
WOW.... Fantastic looking ebike. So cool it's made in the US of A !!🚲😎👍
Yes indeed!

I think I got the throttle to about 26
Also, I noticed even on Class 2 that the battery drains real fast. @@ChrisCrossed
Very nice looking bike and a beautiful color
It sure is!
My back hurts riding anything without a rear spring suspension….
What's the link
Here you go tinyurl.com/EBCmodelj
As a bike mechanic this bike is why we charge extra to work on bikes like this. This will not fit on any of our work stands.
A lot of e-bikes have that moped style frame
Update your equipment, 😂
If you own your own business then no build a bike stand or something or buy more then one for both sides
Hey how tall are you ? I'm 5, 9 so I'm wondering if it might be better to petal ?
I’m six foot so this is a better fit for you
nice but no full suspension
THis one or the ariel x class ? thanks
Good question, if you prefer the made is USA thing, get the J, if you prefer fat tire and more power get the x class
@@ChrisCrossed Which is more fun?
@@ChrisCrossed and isn't the moped style more fun than the standard bike style?

Its nice in person. And yes because of the built in USA the price will be higher. Some buyers like that. The New Goats look interesting.
Oh.. I thought Pedego kinda customizes bikes like that.. Guess not..
Sort of but not to the extent that EBC does

yeah that thing looks cool@@kevinnashskitchen3517
My Jupiter defiant smokes that and it folds, cheaper too!
That motor noise is annoying isn't it?
It’s making a clicking nose when you pedal have to fix something there!
It was just the chain guard
Very expensive for the features and performance.
Built by American workers comes with a price.
Not very powerful but nice
28mph is fine for most peeps
Not enough for the money. Wired Freedom Much better
Yes though I think shorter riders might prefer the Model J. The Freedom is a bigger ebike.
wired freedom is going for 2K and this one is going for 1.4K at the moment, it's kind of in a different class right now
