Welcome :)
I am Lise, a somatic healer and a heart-led woman. I help other heart-led women navigate personal relationships (including their relationship with themselves) and creative solopreneurship in embodied, trauma-informed ways.
As a somatic practitioner I work in a gentle, trauma-informed way, tapping into the stories that our bodies are holding and the wisdom that lives deep within us.
I am also a lover of circles, rituals, community, and connection.
I offer online women's circles and 1:1 sessions.
