I just got this same kit. Did you have to notch your block to get the compressor housing to fit? If so, can you do a video of where you notched it and how much you needed to shave off? thanks in advance!
How do you like the gtx2867r? Hows lag and transient repsonse? Thats the turbo im looking at myself. Torn between street x kit and race kit with the mini ram haha
The gtx2867r is an excellent turbo. I love it. Spool and Boost between gears is quick for the amount of power this turbo can put out. I highly recommend this turbo for builds up to 450whp.
What i like to hear. Thanks. About what rpm do you see full spool? I know theres a lot of variables but im just ballparking between that one, the gtx2863r and the older gt2860rs. The new gtx turbos flow so much more air for an extra $270 added to the kit so im probly gonna go with those. Im staying full LS b18b1 though. Crower 404s, 10:1 compression.
