There are old tracks nearby called the Medfield Rail Trail. medfield.baycolonyrailtrail.org/rail-trail-proposed-map/ They have taken all the railroad tracks and covered up and made hundreds of miles of public walking paths.
Having its own power, heat, etc 130 years ago would suggest we didn't need to go corporate with our utilities. What is underneath the grounds would surely shed some light.
