wow.. my first show was 1981 Cheap Trick at Chicagofest. I would have loved to seen DeVo circa 1982. Santa used to be pretty cool in the 80's. Now Santa just thinks I was socks and drill bits.
Amazing collection Brian !!! I seen them last year and even was able to get some stage worn outfits thanks to my buddy Pilmer !!! Great stuff you have !!!
@zeppearl I saw those cool suits. When I dj'd at Club Foot in Chicago in the middle 90s,they had a signed suit there as well. Loved your pearl jam videos. Eventually we gotta meet up.
@MichaelPilmer wow, thanks a million for checking out my video. I have watched your videos and admire your devo- tion as we may say to this great band. Take care!
@BriansFunHouse , first show was 'New Traditionalist' at the Forum in L.A., I was in fifth grade. Witnessed the 'Oh No! It's Devo ' tour, followed by the Palace show a few years later. Some random show at the Orange County fair, and finally, the HARDCORE DEVO show at Solanao Beach we're I stomped on some dudes foot when I was mimicking the Uncontrollable Urge 'Scissor dance'. One more before I go, I went opening night to the screening of Doctor Detroit just to hear the new D-E-V-O songs. I believe three are three on the soundtrack .
Pops are so ugly. At least one of the Devo ones has the visor. It's the only reason I bought it, otherwise I would've passed. The Super 7 figures are better,
@@yournamehere6002 it is crazy how many Pops were made and how big they were. I got a few musician ones and a few hockey ones....but yes, most are bland.
Hard Core Devo is actually my favourite live album of all time.
Yes, that tour, that record is amazing.
My very first concert ever was the "Oh no, its DEVO" tour. 1982. I was 12. I got the tickets in my Christmas stocking.
Thanks Santa.
