Miss Bonnie be gettin' nasty with that slide geetar here! This song embodies all the universal emotions Bonnie sings about - lust, unrequited love, longing, rage. She makes music for intelligent, mature grownups, and this is a song for intelligent, mature grownups. Go Bonnie! I'd also recommend "Love Sneakin' Up On You." That sliiide geetar funk blues is fantastic.

I don’t consider this to be country. It is within the rock genre. Some listeners, when they hear slide guitar, immediately think that must mean it is country.
What is on her finger is a bottleneck. Some slide guitar players, including Bonnie Raitt, prefers a real bottleneck, cut from particular beer bottles with long, more cylindrical necks, with the edge ground so it isn’t sharp. There are metal ones you can buy.. Lowell George of Little Feat preferred a Craftsman 11/16 inch socket wrench, partly because it was so easily replaceable.

100% NOT country music. LOL this rock n roll with blues mixed in. Bonnie is not country in the least. Go listen to Reba McEntire, Dolly Parton, etc to hear what country is.
