- Welcome back to the binding of Isaac Rebirth. Today we speedrun through the game and beat mega satan in about 9 minutes. Have fun ^_^. (the seed for this run is: R3CS198F as seen at 0:12 so give it a try if you want :P)

Watching the Bloat die in 1 second was so satisfying

One time I was doing a Lost run and got all the way to the chest. Made it all the way to the final room before Blue Baby and fought the Bloat. Literally as soon as I spawned through the door, he Brimstone hit me and I died. The animation is too fast and you just can't react fast enough for it. Absolutely the worst.
Brutal. He's definitely one of the most annoying bosses. Along with the Carrion Queen.
TheEvilSnuffleupagus I once lost a Poly + Libra run thanks to him. Fuck that piece of shit.

How the heck do you speedrunners get those awesome seeds?
I guess it´s just sheer luck when it comes to getting a somewhat good seed... well that plus having enough time to restart tens if not hundreds of random seeds until you get that one magical run where everything is in your favor ^_^
Hm, safe to say I'm terrible as far as luck goes. Recently, I was trying the first challenge and got an unholy match of Ipecac and My Reflection. X_X

how come whenever I beat mom it ends the game and gives me an ending?

***** To unlock all the items you will have to beat the chest and and the dark room on hard dificulty as the lost. This might take some time, after all he is the hardest character in the game because he dies in one hit. I would suggest you to learn all the different atack patterns of the enemies and to use the lost`s flying ability to try to evade some damage. But I think you should be able to do it, I believe in you ^_^

Well, according to the timer at the top you only took 7 minutes and 34 seconds, less than 9 minutes.

I can't believe how lucky you were getting the perfect items, the luck ups with moms eye guaranteed it would work every time, saving you over 30 seconds on megasatan as it allowed you to kill simultaneously.

Damn that was so lucky. My only 2 lucky runs were when I got to become Guppy and when I became the fly king.

mega satan speed runs pretty easy. find a spike trap sit on it lose enough hearts kill the first angel lose another few to add up to 10 hearts. High chances after this you'll teleport to the dark room. Can kill mega Satan on your very first run. Also if your lucky to get a brimstone + mom's knife synergy everything but hush dies in a single hit including mega satan and delerium

i just fought mega devil for the first time today and obviously lost, this was incredible to watch
holy SHIT, those Luck Increase things at the beginning set you for the rest of the run!
Jeez, you did it all in 10 minutes, while it took me half that time just to fight Mega Satan.
That "Oh, perfect" scared the heck out of me.

I recently got a very similar combo with Azazel but I also has a tiny planet, so every time I used Tammy's head, everyone close to me got hit by all 8 brimstones. Sadly, I just defeated mom for the first time in the previous run, so this run ended after defeating Satan.
That army of spiders is just killing me :D

+LatisARG Well, I would suggest you to try and learn the many different attack patterns of the enemies. This should help you to evade the incoming damage a bit better ^_^
+LatisARG Read up on the items.
Learn their effects and which ones to take and not to take with your current buils.
I suggest platnumgod.co.uk.
+LatisARG don't play if you get a terrible start, it would just waste time
+LatisARG If you're playing on Steam, don't be afraid to consult the wiki midgame. Knowing item combos, learning enemy behavior, be able to reliably find secret rooms, manage your resources effectively. Don't be afraid to cheese things that work, like Yum Heart comboed with the Habit.
