- Hello all!
My build on Tamiya's 1/35 British Light Utility Car 10HP Austin Tilly step-bystep.
This is my first YT attempt.
The model is an older one (2014), but its build was important for me, as it marked many "firsts":
my 1st Tamyia kit;
my 1st kit to enter a contest (Armorama)
my 1st pigment use for weathering
my 1st use of home made stencils
and now:
my 1st YT upload

Yes, the canvas was sprayed from afar woth acrylics, for grainy texture, then dry-brushed with enamels to enhance the contrast. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment.

Thank you so much! I appreciate it. I’m working on an introduction video... you know a little history of Small Soldier and then showing my work as well. I owned a small hobby shop 8 years ago that catered to military modellers specifically. I ran classes every weekend so this will be an extension of that... albeit several years later. Hope to post it soon. And thanks for the offer to help as well I just may take you up on that. Actually how did you do the two screens in your video I’d like to add that as well to my bag of tricks. I work in windows movie maker. 🙂
Hi! I was using Camtasia Studio 9 for this video. The turning letters are a title preset from the software, but I slow it down to match the music beat. Meanwhile I updated to Sony Vegas Pro.
Man, I wish I can open a hobby shop in my island, but there is no market for it!

Which image is that? A hobby store is great other than the fact you have to try and make a living at it.

Mie imi place ... dar cu timpul poate putem primi si niste pareri despre procesul in sine. Eu doar pe yt de voi putea aprecia fiind banat pe Cartula, iar sincer locul ala e doar un cerc inchis unde nu stiu ce rost are sa posteze.

Gabriel, multumesc frumos ca ti-ai luat ragazul sa lasi un comentariu. Da, o sa primiti mai multe lamuriri in curand - abia mi-am cumparat camera HD si intentionez sa fac scurte filme cu momentele mai importante ale constructiei si finisajului. Pana trec la filmat insa cred ca mai sunt vreo trei saptamani pe care vreau sa le umplu cu modele mai vechi, unele nepublicate nicaieri inca.
Cat despre Cartula: ma bucur ca exista. Mie mi s-a parut ca am fost bine primit si imi pare rau ca nu am fost mai activ ultimele 12 luni.
