Bagel and Turquoise Release!

Bagel and Turquoise return to the ocean! This week, two of Clearwater Marine Aquarium’s sea turtle rehab patients were released by our partners at University of Florida Marine Animal Rescue. Bagel, a juvenile green sea turtle, was successfully treated for buoyancy issues and fibropapilloma tumors. Turquoise, a Kemp’s ridley sea turtle, was brought to CMA with an embedded fishing hook which was removed and no other issues were found during examination. Wave goodbye to these stellar sea turtles!
