The genders pay gap is not really common these days, at least not for the regular salaried workers. A lot of jobs are strictly regulated by union tariffs and other official contracts. If you work for a private company that doesn't fall under any of the official payment legislations, then you get what you ask for when you apply for the job, regardless of your gender. Especially, there's absolutely not difference at the entry level. In fact, many companies are forced to fulfill the quota, so if you're a woman, you're often more likely to get a job in many industries such as IT, engineering, high-tech etc. than your male counterpart.
I started off with €24k in 2019, today I'm on €75k.... I remember 2019 when everyone was saying I'm short selling myself by accepting such a low offer,but today I'm grateful for taking what I had. Wonderful video and advice

There is no generally fixed minimum for a work visa. This varies from city to city. So it depends on the city you live in.
