Her entire face and neck look prettier and lifted, and her jawline is crisp and defined but not tight or pulled. Achieving this result took 3.5 hours of meticulous, specialized surgery, sculpting the deep anatomical structures that most plastic surgeons are uncomfortable addressing. This result is NOT achievable with liposuction or even with a traditional “full” neck lift which relies on muscle tightening and skin removal with incisions around the ears.

You need your buccal pads. Do not remove them. You will age over time faster.

Not incisionless ! why could you have not shown us the procedure or even had a diagram..why even have a video of the operating room if you were not going to show us or tell us how its done..Obviously there were incisions and operating tools .

Probably incisions through the inside of her mouth. Just no external incisions you can see.
@@texannadeb5005 I got this procedure done in Chicago with Dr. Shah and the only incision that I got was right under my chin. It’s about half an inch long.
I need to do this because my neck is not nice looking and I want to change that so I can have it like hers at the end of the process also does it hurt or ache after the surgery?
Yes there’s some pain after the surgery but it’s manageable! U will get antibiotics, pain meds and anti inflammatories for the first week. I would say you will have to take five days off of work just because u wear a garment and wrap the first four days.
I am PRO surgery and I think this lady has a lovely face, I can see the issue with the chin/neck. However, imo she would get a even better result if she loses a bit of weight.
Elen C I disagree, losing a bit of weight would not have given her a clean contoured chin and neck. Losing a lot of weight just gives you sagging skin. Her choice was right on.

I think she’s very pretty, but personally I find her eyebrows off putting and aging. She needs to have them shaped more naturally and not so wide set. But, that’s just me.

There are many factors in ways to look younger . One plan I found that succeeds in merging these is the Nendra Face Plan (google it if you're interested) it's the most useful blueprint that I have ever seen. Check out all the awesome info .
So the under chin fat removal was all due to buccal fat removal? Nothing done with the platsymal area?
No, she underwent buccal fat pad removal and a platysmaplasty with some submental fat removal
In their previous video doctor said no liposuction was performed,and now apparently she had a sub mental Lipo and a platysmaplasty
I apologize for the miscommunication, let me clarify: She did NOT have submental liposuction specifically; however while Dr. Nayak was restructuring the muscles in her neck, he also surgically removed some excess fat. He did not use a liposuction technique to remove the fat.

This is what I need done. She looks wayyy better with the lift. But even so you can tell she naturally has a thick neck just like I do. This is the reason why we have this it’s not even that we’re fat but it appears that way 😭

Some people naturally have this, especially after losing weight and some people don’t have the desire to be “thin”.
