Owes its survival to the Italian climate id guess, nice solid old car. Dad had a V6 Zephyr in 1971, a three year old F plate, the very front of the wings above the indicators was filler. Swapped it a year later for a 1.8 Marina. Thanks for the vid, straight and honest as always.
A sympathetic light buff ,polish and rust proofing is the way to go in my opinion. A chat with a dent doctor about the door would be an idea along with an original radio in the dash . It has been asleep for 50 odd years and its going to be on the road again . Its a true survivor where would you find another one!
Just saw other video abt your health, well done. Dont lame yourself, youve dedicated yourself to tour passion of restoring and using classic cars and showing us how good they could be when properly looked after. Now you need to look after yourself ...but thats ok! Perhaps a steelworker cd help with (?)better protection from fumes when welding, eg? Best, Adrian the mid Wales refugee
I don't mind a car like THIS being BLACK inside, that suits it. UNLIKE the morgue -like cars of today, where everything IS black - even the roof lining! And that instrument panel is TO DIE FOR!
