I purchased a 560 and followed your instructions on how to setup the printer. This made it easy to follow and install. I am having problems printing. When I click print it says no paper in bypass tray. From the job on computer I set to tray1 and my printer is set to tray1, but it will not print to tray 1. The only way to print is through bypass tray. Also the paper is very curled almost like it is to hot. Any suggestions. I have a ticket number from uninet support but still waiting.
Hey there, sorry to hear we are running into issues with the software for your printer. The manufacturer should be able to assist in resolving this matter, here is their direct support page for quickest resolution: www.icolorprint.com/get-support#:~:text=If%20you%20have%20trouble%20logging,related%20hardware%20issues%20or%20questions -they will need some specific information from you to get things straightened out you can provide above such as serial number, dongle number, etc
I must say, the more videos I see from others using the printer, the more I want to add one to my shop. Just trying to justify the beefy budget hit. This is not something that can be wrote off as a regular business expense, and needs to be amortized over the course of a few years. Otherwise, I would just jump both feet in, and worry about the consequences later.
