The best software instruction video I've seen so far.
Very pleasant voice, everything is shown and explained and still easy to understand even for someone with poor English skills. I've always been skeptical about software without a German interface, but these instructions are great!
Now I just hope that SmartCut will soon be available in Germany.

We have an installation and an instructional video for the ProRIP. The RIP has profiles loaded based on the type of transfer media used.
Hi, I just got this program, will I have to insert the USB every time I launch the program?
Yes, the Dongle must be inserted all the time for the software to run
Does this only work for sublimation ?
This technique is for white toner transfers (not sublimation) as it requires a clear transfer sheet to line up perfectly.
Why is my image locked and the height and width keep being the same inches
The proportional dimensions are locked in SmartCUT
