Yes. Darrell Brooks was his own atty for the Waukesha Christmas parade attack. The only difference is he had to wear a shock device on his leg if he got out of control
I agree with you 100 percent but I don’t want the law to be changed.. Only because the person acting as there own attorney will lose every time that’s the best thing about this entire situation.
The reason he’s his own lawyer is because he knows he’s getting railroaded for crimes. He did not commit, and he doesn’t want to use the governments lawyers because they are also in on the fix.

What's Bundy trying to do here? Re-live the moment through the officer's testimony? I don't see any other relevance to his questioning.
I don't think that was his initial intention. He was always inserting himself into the foreground of his case and this (in my humble opinion) was merely another instance of it. He loved to appear smart and combatant to the cameras.

The only point of Bundy doing this was his ego and to be talked about doing it in the distant future, nobody would think they were getting a not guilty with all his crimes, pure ego, would know deep down would be found guilty.
I hate the fact that they used the woman for pure show, as a part of Bundys defenses team. It gives off the impression of "See. Im not a woman killer. Look at this woman willing to sit next to me and help defend me!." Its all show. Sad to watch the woman get used that way and probably not there cause shes a good worker who Ted values.

I agree and thats why he went into the chi omega house that night he knew it was just a matter of time before he was caught so tried to kill as many woman as he could while in florida he knew the next time he was caught he would never get to kill ever again if i also think if he had the time that night and that car didnt pull up and scare him bundy would have killed every single girl in that house
Even the way Bundy stands at the dispatch box & his mannerisms, point to the sick perverted way in which he is getting off on every word & detail the officer is being forced to give him.. the man was nothing more than a filthy, master manipulating fiend…🤬

My friend is a court reporter/court stenographer. He usually sits in on depositions. It’s like shorthand but on a machine. They look much different today.

I always wondered what bundy would have done if the detective he asked to describe everything he seen that night in the chi omega house lied about seeing or finding something its not like bundy could say hes lying then they would say how would you know if hes lying were you there?
What important stuff would anyone have to lie about other than the numbered victims?
