Gooseberry Danish

Hi Friends!
Got myself a 8x10 ft of greenhouse frame yesterday. I know it's the end of Summer, I also still need to build and buy panels as well, but at least a step forward. My front yard also moving towards its goal. So am happy 😊
The downside of yesterday was raining, I wasn't well too. Meh. It seems every weekends my youngest would become sick, and this momma would follow suits. It's like almost every damn weekends. If not raining, it's sickies. So everything is moving slowly. That's okay, at least things moving.
I have a pastry recipe to share today. A super simple one 😊
1 box puff pastry, thawed overnight in the fridge
3.5 c gooseberry
1 c sugar
5 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 c water
1 block cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp icing sugar
1 yolk mixed with 1 tbsp water
