This property consultant is so confused it self.....one he is telling GAMADA is aquring this land and other side telling buyer can purchase the land from farmers if land acquisition proses is on then land owner can't sele the same land to any other
Sir, there was earlier ruling that after acquisition notice land can't be sold , but latter on government allowed sale purchase on the basis of registration. Govt does not wanted to loose revenue of Stamp duty . Further you are requested to call me and correct me if I am wrong. Purpose is to guide the general public, and your inputs will help us.
I will correct you here. When land is acquired under 2013 Act, there are basically 4 important sections. Section 4, 6, 11 and 19. There are restrictions on execution of sale deed after Section 11 of the Act and then, in section 19, award is passed and LOI are issued. In block A,B,C and D, award has been passed. But in other blocks, Govt. Has only issued notice under Section 4 and Social Impact study has been done under Section 6 whereby it has been recommended to acquire the land. Since Section 11 has not been enforced yet, registries are allowed in other blocks.
